Great stay. Great house. Better and bigger than on the photos. The wonderful air-conditioning. Filtered water filter and ice cream. These were wonderful days. It only rained one day that we stayed in the house. But it was good to rest because we felt at home. Kitchen with everything we need. And Priscila gets all the questions quickly. Very polite and helpful All I have to say is thank you and will be back for sure.

The stay was great, we didn't have any problems with the house, which really matches the photos and the listing! Miriam has always been proactive, always responding to us quickly, and always answering the doubts I had, we love the stay and we can't wait to be able to stay once again in this wonderful house, which has one of the most beautiful views we've ever seen, and having the pool separated from the beach by only one door, is an exceptional thing! In the townhouses around it has everything, we don't need the car for absolutely nothing, everything is close! We love it!

The house is amazing, perfect location, 100% on the sand. Best part is being all fenced in, our dogs were loose on the lawn and enjoyed it with us! A delight.

The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. I found it easy to find the house/condominium and it was also easy to check in General condition of the property: the house had everything it needed, it had a lot of cooking utensils and all that was in the description of the property, the most important factor was the cleaning, everything was clean and organized. I find it interesting to mention that the house does not have a covered garage, so if it is raining it is a bit complicated especially at check-in and checkout time. We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

The little house is like the photos, super cozy and has the basics to spend quiet days, we arrived and the room had the perfume of the bedding, sleepers like angels listening to the sea and we woke up with the birds. The access to the beach is very easy, a great differential and what made us choose the little house, which makes it possible to visit the sea at any time, the beach is very clean, full of fun caranguines in the sand. Super recommend and I'm even referring to friends, we love it!

Kleber's place is excellent, identical to the listing. We were in a group of 18 people, and the accommodations were perfect, all the facilities of the house such as shower, air-conditioning and lamps work perfectly. We were very well accommodated. The house was very clean when we arrived. And Kleber and Fernanda were very quick and quick to answer us, and they helped us in what was needed. I make an observation about the presence in the house, of animals from the forest, which is at the bottom of the house. If there are people in the house, they don't enter, but if everyone leaves, you have to close all the doors and windows so they don't come in. The house is wonderful, and it has served us very well.

I was at the carnival in the house and it was wonderful! The house is very wide, very cozy, close to the beach and easy access to market and pharmacies. The swimming pool is exceptional for both children and adults. The backyard of the house has plenty of space with many trees that make wonderful shadows! Carol was very attentive throughout the stay, we'll definitely go again!

The rental is a good value. The Condomínio Morada da Praia is close to the beach (at least for the houses that are closer to the entrance, such as Regina's). It's a huge condominium, with a good variety of shops. A safe and quiet place. Regina's house accommodates 4 people very well, with the necessary comfort. I don't remember anything missing. The pool is a highlight, with above-average measurements. I recommend it.

I had a great stay at the Agenor beach house! The space is very comfortable, well located and extremely clean. Agenor was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely be staying again in the future. I recommend it to all! All rooms with AC, swimming pool every day the caretaker did the cleaning, any questions can talk to the janitor or Mr. Agenor! Amazing, as per announcement.
