The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

7 of us stayed at Prasanna's home for my son's graduation from Hamilton College. There was more than enough space for all of us, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the surroundings were very pretty and it was very convenient to everything we needed to do. I would highly recommend Prasanna's home!

Place looked exactly like pictures showed, clean, quiet, spacious. Smelled real nice. Plenty of room for all the stuff if staying for a few days. Convenient private parking off the street. Dimitriy is a great host, responds almost instantly, accommodated an extra night stay for me! The place was real easy to find, all the instructions given were precise and clear. The stay was a pleasure. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for my wife and 4 year old! Beds were extremely comfortable, and the dining and lounge area was great for family time. It was also a great location centralized to all the things we wanted to do! That included Herkimer Diamond Mines, Cooperstown and Sangertown Mall (Billy Beez)!

An open living space features large north-facing windows allowing natural light to fill the room. A spacious sectional sofa is positioned opposite a wall-mounted television. A round coffee table sits atop a textured area rug, complemented by wooden accent beams and a hardwood floor.
