We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. It was built in my garden, (of Casa Raízes do Mangue), which makes it possible to help guests with whatever is needed, including good tips on how to best enjoy the city.
