Vacation rentals with lake access in Ilha Primeira

Our stay at the house was wonderful. We felt very comfortable and our family was very well received. The house is clean, spacious, super well-equipped. The gourmet area is a delight. Beautiful and huge pool. Perfect sauna. Communication was great and very friendly and flexible hosts. It was an unforgettable weekend!

It was even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos! It was a find! The location is great and Monique was super attentive, both with questions related to hosting and with our questions about transportation and getting around in Rio. Too bad we stayed a little, but we really want to come back to enjoy the accommodation and the wonderful city even more! ♥️

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

The house is simple but with everything we need for a good stay. Comfortable bed, good shower, full kitchen with many accessories. Air-conditioning working perfectly. Great Wi-Fi. Anyway, I recommend the place and will return as soon as I can. Nivaildes is a great host, always attentive and responsive.

I and my wife had an amazing experience! From the first contact with the host, we were very well attended and guided. The place (apartment) is super cozy and extremely clean. We really liked Gigoia Island and we will definitely come back other times.

A different way to get to know Rio de Janeiro. Both the island and the house. Pedro is a sensational person and always looking out for the guest's well-being. There is a bakery, cafes and some restaurants a few meters away.

We were 8 friends and the house accommodated us very well for what we needed, the condominium is quiet and safe. It is a few meters from the beach, which has kiosks and huts, however, there are not many restaurant options nearby, but less than 10 minutes away you can go to Olégario Maciel, which has complete options of restaurants and bars. Carol was helpful and promptly met all our needs and answered all our questions.

Recommended! The area is very nice, overlooking the lake, full of green areas and buildings, a quiet area, we felt safe, it has access to a shopping mall in front so you can shop. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, we felt very comfortable during our stay. We also thank Amanda for her constant communication and availability.

We enjoyed our stay at Cynthia’s, but this place is not for everyone! If you are looking to relax around the house, it is great and a beautiful. The wifi worked very well, the bed was comfortable, and there are two cats around who were lovely. However, if you’re looking to get out and explore the area, taking the boats can get frustrating, especially if you’re staying for more than a few days. We found the boat drivers would keep trying to charge us more than 3 reals, so if you don’t pay with Pix make sure you have exact change or they will keep the rest. You cannot access anything on the island the house is located, so you have to commute to any restaurants unless you cook. The cost of the boats can add up if you’re coming and going from the island frequently. That being said, I would recommend staying at Cynthia’s if you’re looking for a relaxing stay for a few days! If you want to stay on a quiet island, this is a good place for you!

Perfect apartment, very beautiful. Very clean, quality bedding. Various utensils and appliances if you want to cook. Fernanda provided all the instructions, the self check-in was very easy and the building staff is super helpful and friendly. The surroundings are very safe and wooded and the shopping mall in front is very useful. Even though it's in a large gated community, ordering Uber is very fast. Fernanda helped me with a demand too, it was super helpful. We want to go back now.

I highly recommend Lilian’s place.She is the perfect hostess .The building has many amenities and the apartment has a great view. We love it!

Unfortunately, my husband and I with our young son did not go, my husband suffered a small accident on the way to the trip. But at all times my questions were answered, especially for traveling with a baby, always very kind and helpful. A friend would stay with us and he continued the trip, he really enjoyed the stay and said the environment was impeccable. Despite the unforeseen circumstances, I am very grateful for the proactivity and kindness shown to us at all times!

I highly recommend hosting, very responsive and attentive, all clean, wonderful place.

Good place for those looking to be immersed in nature but relatively close to the center and the beach. The house has an interesting architecture, peaceful environment with beautiful kittens and many plants. Mr. Antônio is receptive and we are very comfortable. We had a quiet night.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. We loved the colonial style. The street is calm and quiet, easy access to the beach and supermarkets in the region. Gabriel is extremely polite and kind, always responding very quickly, providing us with all the necessary information. We'll be back for sure.

Antonio was very helpful and companionable, gave tips about the city, always called for an afternoon coffee and a game of dominoes at the end of the day. The house is immense, the garden is wonderful and there is a delicious swimming pool next to the hoses and banana trees for a nice swim. The house is rustic, but with all the amenities described.
