The studio is located on the second floor and is very spacious and ventilated. Excellent king size bed for your rest time and a sofa bed. The villa is the backyard, which makes it even more amazing, as it is a quiet, safe and independent entrance location. The neighborhood is quiet and the atmosphere is completely familiar. It is 800m from the Shopping Mall and supermarket, bakery and bus stops nearby and it is easy to order Uber, at any time. At the moment we only have a fan, it's well ventilated.

Paquetá - Gaudi Tower

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.

You are located only a 8-minute walk from Santa Teresa´s center´Largo do Guimaraes' and world-famous ´Escadaria Selarón'. Quiet place near Praia da Bica. The suite is at the bottom of my land and has an outdoor kitchen. Need to climb stairs to the suite. The bedroom features a queen double bed and a sofa bed that accommodates two more people. Guests may use the swimming pool (shared use). I have four dogs and two cats that are loose outside the property, however, in order that they do not disturb, the guest area is separated by a gate.
