Claudia is a very nice host who knows how to receive in the best possible way! We had rented 2 bangalows and had come with our crew for a traditional sailing competition and needed a well-deserved rest after each race. At Claudia's it was the case, the setting is beautiful a real haven of peace. I highly recommend it!

Great week-long stay in Emilie's functional studio. The pool with views of the coconut tree and banana trees in the background, the best. Located a few steps from Goyave, convenient to get around Basse Terre, a stone's throw from the Bras du Fort hikes and Moreau Falls, we recommend this place!

Friendly and super helpful hosts. A house with a view that will live with us forever. Walking distance to town, restaurants and beaches it was a perfect location., just up the hill, catching the breeze. Two modern bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a very well equipped kitchen. Loved the swimming pool, no shallow end, ideal for adults. The laundry room was really useful. But above all… that view … spectacular. Particular thanks to Maguy who helped us in every way. 🙏

Sylvie and her family created a haven of peace ( a paradise ) The place is fantastic both inside and out: everything is harmony, authenticity, and cleanliness. If you want to regenerate, this is the place! It's enchanting. The owners are present with caring delicacy. All local shops on foot. Big favorites!

House as advertised in the photos with stunning views of the sea and its sunset, Claudia and Regine are adorable and paid great attention to us especially when we arrived late, finally the house is perfect for ten people.

Very good stay. Beautiful new apartment in a very pleasant setting. Plan a little walk from the landing stage (about 15 minutes, and a small climb, normal on the island!). Very simple key box access, very responsive host.

Beautiful apartment with large covered terrace with exceptional sea views (and sunsets) and jacuzzi (very pleasant when returning from hikes). Easy parking in the driveway. A big thank you again to Leslie for her kindness, her responsiveness when our rental car and the rental company let us down. I recommend this rental 1000%.

A successful weekend apart from the small disappointment at the arrival of realizing that the terrace does not overlook the ocean. The kindness of Michel and his lovely wife quickly made me smile again. Very pleasant accommodation, clean, tidy where nothing is missing. We had a nice stay at Marcel and Gaétane's place. The location is ideal for visiting Basse Terre and its most beautiful natural sites. The hosts are very friendly and do everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Wow, super nice and large accommodation with 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms and a large bathroom/shower. The photos of the listing are accurate, as much for the beautiful view of the Saintes (in good weather you can even see Dominica and Martinique!!) as the large lush garden and the interior of the accommodation. The private spa has unlimited access and is very pleasant after a day of walking. The accommodation is in a quiet subdivision (use Waze to find it because Google Maps takes you to the subdivision further down the road) 7 minutes from a Carrefour Market and local restaurants, 10 minutes from boats to Les Saintes. Beautiful location both to visit the east side of Basse-Terre (Kassaverie 15 min, Longueteau Distillery 20 min, Valombreuse Gardens 40 min, Carbet Falls) and the west side (City of Basse-Terre with its Market and Bologne Distillery 20 min, Malendure Beach 1 hr). Marie and Benoit are super nice, sources of information about the area.

We had the very best time. The apartment is located directly at the beach and everything is easily accessible. Everything worked out great and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful.

Hi Marc! this house is a gem! I had not rented for myself but to accommodate artists who were performing as part of the cultural programming for which I am responsible. The artists were delighted to be hosted in such accommodation... they obviously found the stay too short😁... it had a "taste of not enough". The layout, the view, the horizon, the tranquility nestled in the heart of the city, greenery and close to our memories (especially Fort Delgrès). A gem! A jewel! I'll keep this address handy! Pleasant little cocoon, ideal for a vacation in paradise! The very comfortable accommodation has everything you need to feel at home. Annie and Daniel are discreet and very kind hosts! We loved the garden visit, the coconut tasting and the few exchanges we were able to have. We would happily stay again in this little haven of peace!

Aurélie's house is very nice to spend the holidays: it is very well organized in the distribution of day/night spaces and bathrooms. The outdoor living room is spacious, overlooking the pool and the sea: conducive to idleness. The proximity to the west coast of Basse Terre and the mountain allowed us to do a lot of activities without going too far. Perfect for us, recommended without hesitation!!

Sylvie's house welcomed us with the typical feeling of Basse-Terre. Large terrace, sublime view of the Saintes, located in a green and well-ventilated rainforest. The path is not easy to find, a sign could help and maybe some furniture for a relaxing aperitif on the huge terrace. Otherwise, absolute paradise to spend a few dream days in Vieux-Fort!

Excellent weekend spent at Melinda's place. It's a villa close to the beautiful Sugarloaf Beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the welcome by Melinda was very warm.
