The chalet is secluded and difficult to reach by public transport. However, it is centrally located in the Betuwe, 5 km from Tiel. There is a recreational lake and golf course nearby. Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen, Arnhem, Den Bosch and Utrecht in half an hour.

The Pastor is a spacious and cozy apartment upstairs in the Presbytery. Renovated in 2023/2024 and ready for guests to enjoy The Rectory and its beautiful surroundings. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
