The space we offer is attached to the house where we live, but totally independent. It has a bedroom, a living room where it is possible to accommodate at least 2 more people, a bathroom, a kitchen, a swimming pool and a natural space with comfortable tree shadows! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and just 50 meters from Avenida das Cataratas, a road that gives access to the main tourist landmarks. It is also close to pharmacies, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarket and 5 minutes from the city center.

A studio apartment-style hotel room located in the center of Guarapuava with covered parking. This studio does not have a kitchen, it is intended for people who do not plan to make food at home. Covered parking is complimentary. We rent for a minimum of 2 nights. For rentals of at least 1 week, there is a 20% discount, and for monthly rentals, there is a 40% discount. Supermarkets: 4 blocks Gas station, pharmacy, restaurant and snack bars: 1 block. We do not allow parties.
