Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Igea Marina

L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, è disposto su tre piani ed è dotato di tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno. Christian è davvero disponibile e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo professionale e cortese. Dovendo riportare l'unica cosa "negativa" che abbiamo scoperto solo al nostro arrivo e alla quale però il proprietario sta già lavorando è la poca linea telefonica o rete per internet. Neanche usando l'hotspot de telefono è stato possibile utilizzare internet sul pc perché appunto i telefoni (di operatori diversi) non prendevano. Sarà però presto disponibile una connessione stabile, consiglio solo, in caso pensiate sia necessario, di assicurarvene. Per il resto check in e out semplicissimi, zona tranquilla ma vicino ai servizi (fermata bus proprio fuori dal cancello) e piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, come cioccolatini e una bottiglia di vino che ci sono state offerte. Einige Tage über Ostern mit der ganzen Groß-Familie in einem tollen Landhaus verbracht. Ein wunderbarer Obstteller hat uns empfangen. Dieses Haus ist für eine große Familie sehr zu empfehlen - man kann viel gemeinsam machen, aber jeder hat auch seinen Rückzugsbereich (wenn er/sie möchte). Wir können uns vorstellen, hier wieder mal hin zu kommen.

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

casa pulita e accogliente a pochi km da Urbino. Ideale per un soggiorno tra amici perché gli spazi sono veramente ampi. la chicca è il caminetti che Angelo ci ha gentilmente fatto trovare acceso al nostro arrivo. consigliatissimo!

Casa grande con vista bellissima e grande piscina con un vista meravigliosa su Mondavio. Luca è molto ospitale e amichevole!

I can only recommend this wonderful villa! We booked for the last week of July and were two families for a total of 4 adults and 5 children from 2 to 12 years old. We loved the feeling of being alone and free in a fantastic location with every amenity. The pool is perfect for kids. The weather was fantastic with 35° every day and almost no clouds. All sleeping rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning everywhere that works very well. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, two fridges, dishwasher and all cutleries that you may need even for a big group. A washing+dryer machine is available in the basement. There is even a nice BBQ! The garden around the house invites for a little walk and has also many fruit trees (figs, peaches, apricots, cherries, pears..). For extra relax, two whirlpools and a sauna.. Just perfect :-)

Klasse gewesen trotz grosser Gruppe - Super Unterkunft, tolle Lage und ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber welcher sehr entgegenkommend war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Questo alloggio è stato il migliore in cui siamo stati! La proprietaria, con cui ho chattato, è stata super disponibile, chiara e trasparente. Il proprietario che ci ha accolto per il check-in ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ci ha spiegato come usare tutto ciò che la casa offre. Sono entrambi molto amichevoli, pazienti e accoglienti. La casa è fantastica e dotata di ogni comodità: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon, microonde, forno e fornelli a induzione. Ogni stanza ha una TV con abbonamento Netflix, il che è stato un grande plus. La doccia è moderna e stupenda. All'esterno c'è un grande spazio verde e una vasca idromassaggio super rilassante. Mi è dispiaciuto non poter usare la zona barbecue, ma spero di riuscirci la prossima volta, perché sicuramente tornerò. Questo posto è davvero speciale!

The accommodation was just like in the pictures – very beautiful and clean. The location was perfect as well, with all surrounding towns easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay!

Die Villa Alis ist ein traumhaft schönes und sehr gut gepflegtes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Die Gegend um die Villa ist toll für Radtouren und Ausflüge. Der Service des Gastgebers ist unglaublich gut, es wurden keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen wieder!
