The house is very cosy and we are very pleased with the facilities and amenities. Vale highlight condominium structure, it is very good, from the pool to the landscaping all very nice. The location of the house is great for those who want peace, tranquility and a sense of security, as there is constant surveillance of the condominium professionals. I would like to point out that we were very well received by Carla, in addition to that it also provided us with great support with its services if cleaning and maintenance contracted separately. Host Marta was also super quick in replies! It met our expectations very well, I highly recommend!

Extremely clean and cozy place. The structure of the flat is excellent as well. Rotating parking, but with plenty of parking spaces. The town is close to the city centre and main hospitals. Highly recommended for business travelers.

The apartment is quite space and when we arrived it was very clean. Communication with Djalma was very easy and fast.

Whenever I go to Recife I like to stay in this building because it is very central and easy to get around, in addition to the reception being 24 hours and the staff being helpful and polite. Silvia's property matches the photos, it was clean and organized, in addition to having amenities that make life much easier for those who will spend a short time and still want to make quick meals (sugar, salt, matches, mineral water). I would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like we were entering a brand new place. It had absolutely EVERYTHING a family needs to spend the days in comfort and tranquility. The location was also a great highlight: close to everything, with super easy access to any point in the city. And to improve even more, we found great restaurants and markets just a few steps away. Everything contributed to making our experience even more special. We recommend it without a doubt and will definitely be back as soon as we can!
