Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Cozy cottage about 250 meters from the sea and nice sandy beach. The house is furnished with 2 rooms with double bed, 1 annex with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with dining area and cozy wood-burning stove. There is a heat pump in the house. There are duvets and pillows in the house. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, etc. are brought by the tenant. The house is cleaned after using the tenant. Several large wooden terraces. Electricity and water are charged separately and charged 3.5 kr per kWh and 100 kr per m3 of water

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. Nykøbing F station is 10 min. walk away. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You're close to great experiences on Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. If necessary, we can arrange for an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor. There's no elevator, free parking.

Great house close to beach/Marielyst.

Lovely cottage with everything you as a guest need. Large bright living room, loft for kip, large bathroom and a bright kitchen with bar. The house's large terrace has Finnish bath (not Spa), outdoor shower with hot water - a lovely gathering point. Wifi and 2 TV with possibility of Airplay. Only 350 meters to fantastic beach and 3 km to Marielyst square. The terraces have umbrellas, outdoor tables for 8 persons, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sandbox and rocking rack. Bookings are accepted from Saturdays to Saturdays.

There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Romantic annex in the heart of Marielyst

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Landsbyskolen ligger 4,5 km fra Stege - og 4,5 fra fantastisk badestrand. I bor i en lille ferielejlighed i det tidligere skolehus. Der er 1 soveværelse + opholdsrum/stue med sovesofa, spiseplads, (WiFI), tv og egen terrasse og lille have, hvor der kan grilles i aftensolen. Der er et veludstyret køkken og eget bad/toilet. Ideelt til et par + evt. mindre barn. Ved booking over 2 personer (+ baby/mindre barn) får I et ekstra værelse med op til 4 sovepladser samt et ekstra spiserum.
