Victor was A1. Since we separated the apartment with clear and precise directions. He guided me a lot with the activities to do and care for. He is a super kind and attentive person. Of all my stays on AirBnb, this has undoubtedly been the best. The condo is very nice and I can't wait to be back. We were delighted.

Very nice accommodation, modern and beautiful decor and good facilities. Wonderful to relax by the pool and nice that there are sports facilities. Super good contact with Victor, who gives many tips on what to do in the area. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach, which made every day start with an incredible view and the relaxing sound of the sea. The house was impeccable, well-equipped and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Very nice stay, beautiful apartment and perfect location. Aldea was super helpful for recommendations. We were a group of 7, we managed to have rooms but to note that one room is located in the service area (along with washer) . Fine for kids but maybe not for an adult. Other than that- really nice stay and beautiful apartment .

The apartment is perfect. New, equipped, comfortable. Perfect water pressure, great towels and linen. The place is quiet and close to Paracas but far enough (the town is pretty much a slum). It’s a 5 minute taxi ride into town. The host provided all the necessary information on the location including tours, restaurants and a grocery market. The beach is right across the street and can easily and safely be strolled. The only downside is that the complex is under construction and the high price did not reflect that.

Victor is a very good host, I had an excellent experience in Paracas, the place was perfect: very private, ideal to rest alone or with family, and with a strategic location, close to the beach and the Paracas National Reserve. Everything was very well organized and comfortable. I would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

A1 all round. Victor is a great host, and very helpful. The location in Paracas is perfect if you want to be very close to the sea and also have a bit of peace and quiet. The apartment is super - just like the pictures in the listing - and there are also some thoughtful touches: air con and an air purifier in the bedoom, plenty clothes hangers in the built-in wardrobes, a solid shower etc. Many thanks!

This place was recommended by a friend, that cute place! Plan a visit with my cousins and we are all delighted with this place, it's like an Oasis. If you want to disconnect, this is the perfect place! The spacious bedrooms, accessible kitchen, karaoke, fire pit etc etc. The hosts Katheryn and her mami Vilma are spectacular, very nice people and the truth that made us feel comfortable and at home. It really was a great pleasure to stay three nights in this wonderful safe and secure house. The large, clean, well equipped en-suite room was just what I needed. Nice comfortable double bed, clean bathroom with a very good hot water shower. Also, a very good wall mounted large flat screen multichannel TV. that, something of a rarity, displays absolutely perfect quality screen picture. Located about 15 to 20 minutes walk from town centre (Two Soles in Tuk-Tuk) and ten minutes walk to nearest beach, I would certainly recommend staying at Teresa's house😃.

The house is very nice , spacious garden. I was able to go with my two pets. It has in the same house like a small bungalow for about 4 people, that gives privacy to the house. Wide pool, condo is gated and safe. The host is attentive to everything.

I had a wedding at Hacienda San José and the accommodation was very well located, only 9 minutes by car. Before I arrived, Margarita had already contacted me to give me the necessary instructions, she was very helpful in everything and responded very quickly. Thank you for everything!
