Alles wat we nodig hadden Leuke restaurantjes op loop avond voor elk budget Enige nadeel wat je zou kunnen ervaren zijn de afvalcontainers precies naast de accomodatie Die worden om de dag om 5.00 en 6.00 geleegd Wij vonden dat geen probleem omdat dat niet opweegt tegen de fantastische locatie en ruimte!!!! We really enjoyed our stay at Miguel's lovely and quiet house! We wanted to arrive earlier than the check-in time and that was no problem. Miguel was friendly and responded quickly. The house has a great view and it's nice to hear nothing but the birds in the evening. It's within walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. If you have a car, it's a perfect place to see the whole island. Would really recommend going here!

We absolutely loved out stay in Jose's house. The location is beautiful, very quiet but only 5m drive from nearby town with supermarket and restaurants, and 10ms from the sea in different directions. We enjoyed the pool (even in April), hiking, exploring the island, and the lovely cat that visited us from time to time. We are a family of 4. Our children slept in the livingroom sofabed, which may a bit small for older children. Other than that, we can absolutely recommend this place, enjoy! We hope we'll have the chance to come back one day.

It was a wonderful stay with fantastic accommodation, right by the sea. The apartment also had a kitchen, so we could have breakfast every day on the terrace with a fantastic sea view. Check-in and check-out also went smoothly. I would book the accommodation again at any time!

Der Aufenthalt bei Elena war wirklich schön- das Haus ist wie auf den Photos- geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool direkt an der Terrasse ist toll! Elena ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super ist auch, dass man zu Fuß viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und den Strand erreichen kann. Es war eine schöne Zeit- vielen herzlichen Dank!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Alles ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Check-In und Check-Out haben außerordentlich gut funktioniert, die Kommunikation war super.

Le logement d'Angela est une très belle location en plein coeur d'Eivissa. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, une terrasse où il fait bon vivre. Il est facile de se garer à proximité gratuitement. Vous pouvez également rejoindre le centre ville à pieds en longeant la côte par le remblais, c'est véritablement un gros point positif. De nombreuses superettes à 2 pas de la location vous permettent de faire vos courses sans contraintes. Tous les critères étaient réunies pour que nous passions d'excellentes vacances en famille. Merci à Angela pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement où le personnel, et en particulier, Matt originaire de Paris a pu nous donner de bonnes adresses et conseils, Les appartements donnent sur la piscine avec chacun une terrasse ce qui est très agréable . Le seul petit défaut que nous pourrions remonter, c’est l’insonorisation quand vous êtes au premier étage et que des talons aiguilles marchent au-dessus de vous. Aussi la décoration est sympa avec du mobilier de qualité qu’on ne voit pas partout. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, aucun souci !

Joli logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est bien situé, plage et randonnée à proximité. Attention le stationnement peut être très difficile comme partout à Ibiza. Le seul point noir c’est l’isolation phonique, on entend tout ce qui seul passe dans le logement d’à côté et on n’a pas le même rythme de vie que des gens qui y vivent à l’année…

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ibiza Real Estate war einfach fantastisch! Für den Preis ein echtes Schnäppchen – besser geht’s kaum. In nur einer Minute ist man zu Fuß am Strand, einfach perfekt. Die Räume sind groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Einkaufen? Kein Problem – alles liegt direkt vor der Tür. Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer sofort eine schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung! Einfach klasse – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place! The location is absolutely perfect just a few steps from the beach and ideally situated to enjoy Ibiza’s vibrant nightlife. It’s also very easy to get around by car, with quick access to many great spots across the island. Alex was the perfect host: extremely responsive, attentive, and always ready to offer great advice whenever we needed it. He listened carefully to any concerns we had and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable!

El piso está muy bien situado, frente al mar, y con al lado un club muy chulo “Zazú”. Se ve que el piso es viejo y la limpieza podría haberlo mejor pero para tres, cuatros días está bien. Hemos podido hacer el checkin más pronto y checkout más tarde (muy cómodo para dejar las maletas le último día). Claudio ha sido muy majo y siempre reactivo, nos ha ayudado con planes de fiesta muy chulo. Gracias !

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Marcel war perfekt. Besonders möchte ich die Lage direkt am Meer sowie mitten in Playa d'en Bossa hervorheben. Ebenfalls war die Kommunikation mit Marcel steht reibungslos und sehr freundlich und auch die Tipps von Marcel waren sehr gut. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und Marcel kann ich als Host wärmstens empfehlen.

We had an amazing week in Ibiza. Maria’s apartment is in a small block and was frequented mostly by Spanish.Beautiful pool just outside the door and a breathtaking sea view. Steps down to the beach with lovely beach bar and food. Lovely little town near by. Short distance to sant Antonio and Ibiza town. You would need a car to take advantage of everything. Will definitely return and would book this apartment again. Thanks again Maria
