The house is great and well-equipped, it is among the sights of Caparao, making it easy for us to get to know them all. Vera is very thoughtful and helpful It was great to see the location.

Debora was an excellent host. Always answers questions quickly and gives tips about the region. About the Chácara, all other reviews describe very well. The place is perfect for those looking for days of tranquility and rest immersed in nature. There are waterfalls near the house and, in addition, is about 15 minutes from Patrimônio da Penha and 30 minutes from Pedra Roxa, which are also worth the visit. Anyway, the place is so cozy that until a rainy afternoon sipping a café becomes an attraction. I'll come back more often!

Since before the reservation Luciene gave us all the attention, answering our questions about the house and the city. The house is comfortable, it was with impeccable cleaning and we were greeted with great affection. The pictures do not live the waterfall of the house and the tranquility of the place. The Chácara deserves so much more than 5 stars. The waterfalls are close to the house, as well as markets, pharmacy and everything you need

We love our stay! The house is super clean, organized and equipped with everything we need, especially in the kitchen — it had all the utensils and electros. The outdoor area is a highlight to the side: very large pool and two great grills, perfect for gathering the crowd. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the rain, but it didn't take away the glare from the experience. The host was super attentive, waited for us to arrive at 10 pm and still made a point to introduce the whole house. We would definitely return! The only caveat was in relation to the contact with them, it took more than 24 hours to answer us, since there was a red alert of rain for the region and were not flexible when modifying the reservation.

The place is right next to the Penha Heritage Center, super peaceful and great to relax. The house was very organized, comfortable, spacious and has utensils in good condition. There was still flexibility at checkout. I highly recommend it!

Pedro was an excellent host. Very kind and attentive, giving us all the necessary recommendations for what was needed. Exceptional home architecture and comfort, in a location with a fantastic view, lots of peace and connection with nature. We have a 1-year-old baby, and it was perfect for him to take his first steps and enjoy nature. We would return and recommend it.

The accommodation is very complete, has many utensils, it is in a beautiful place, has several fruit trees and doguinhos surrounding the house rs O Marcelo was super patient and always answered our doubts, he even gave freedom to get fruits from the backyard. Everyone in the group loved the house and the location, the BBQ area, we definitely recommend!
