This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. This guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river running right next to it, so you can enjoy nature during your stay. You can also take a bus from the bus stop, a 4-minute walk from the guest house, to JR and Hankyu stations, making transportation convenient. There are also delicious bakeries and convenience stores nearby, and a shopping mall is about a 20-minute walk away for you to enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, separate toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays. The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people. I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
