Nice apartment located in the La Samaria neighborhood. From here, you can walk to places of interest such as: 24-hour pharmacies, 24-hour OXXO, Dollarcity, bakeries, pizzerias. You can also walk to the “El Social” food court, which offers over 18 dining options. A few meters away is the Puerto Madero restaurant (meat dishes) and the Medicadiz clinic. There is also a minimarket next to the complex's entrance. By car, you can reach other places in less than 5 minutes, such as the BMX track, SKATE PARK, and the sports park.
