O cazare potrivită pentru un city break. Este localizată aproape de centru și de obiectivele orașului. Locuința dispune de toate lucrurile cruciale când vine vorba de un apartament utilat. Per total, o cazare bună.

Apartamentul Simonei pentru noi a fost perfect! Nu avem nimic de reprosat, aproape de centru, de restaurante, de Palatul Culturii iar in fata blocului exista un parc de copii ceea ce a fost un plus pentru noi. Totul a decurs de minune de la check in pana la check out! Multumim, cu siguranta o sa mai revenim!

Foarte aproape de centru si Iulius Mall. Curat, spatios, patul confortabil.

Eine liebevoll renovierte Wohnung, sauber, in einer ruhigen Lage, nahe zum Stadtzentrum. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Apartamentul este spațios, curat și bine poziționat. Gazda a fost amabilă și comunicativă, iar check-in-ul s-a făcut rapid și ușor. Dotările moderne și liniștea din zonă au contribuit la un sejur relaxant. Recomand cu încredere!

Am avut plăcerea de a sta la Q Residence între 10 și 15 Septembrie, la etajul 8, și a fost o experiență grozavă! În primul rând, priveliștea de la balcon este spectaculoasă – seara, poți savura un apus superb și o panoramă parțială a orașului. Serios, dacă ți-e dor de Iași sau doar vrei să te relaxezi după o zi plină, balconul e locul ideal! Fiind în orașul meu natal, mi-a fost super ușor să mă deplasez – în 10 minute eram fie la Iulius Mall, fie la Palas Mall, perfect pentru cumpărături rapide sau o cafea. Locația mi-a permis să îmi rezolv și treburile personale fără bătăi de cap. Cazarea în sine a fost confortabilă, curată și bine amenajată, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Până și liftul mergea fără să aibă acele momente de „suspans” pe care le întâlnești uneori în blocuri înalte – punct bonus pentru asta!

Sandu is a great host. Very responsive to the customer needs. The place is very clean and nice.

Хорошая квартира, рядом с Моллом. Спокойно самостоятельно заселились, в общем коридоре присутствует видеонаблюдение что дает спокойствие и безопасность! Хозяева отзывчивые и дали четкие инструкции касаемо заселения. Обязательно вернемся еще в эту квартиру!

Logement propre et bien agencé, au calme et à proximité des commerces et services. Le gros plus, c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte. Habitant à proximité et d'un caractère serviable, elle est disponible au moindre problème ou si vous avez besoin de renseignements. Un grand merci à elle pour un séjour très agréable.

We can not say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Gabriel and K are fenomenal hosts. The city view from the property is amazing!! The place is beautifully decorated, tastefully designed. We found it was stocked with every single item you might need and possibly forgot to bring. Every detail from the wine and chocolate, to the high quality tea and coffee, has been thoughtfully designed to make our stay unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!!

We stayed 2 nights at Alexandru's place and we had a great time there - it was a very central location and we're near a supermarket at the local mall. It is also near enough to the nearest tram and bus stop, though Iasi is a small city, you can probably walk anywhere for sightseeing. The unit was small, clean and compact; a lot of effort has been put into the renovation to make it really nice and it looks just like in the photos, but really that's all we needed when we are on holiday. The only issue I had was the fact that you're in a building with rather thin walls and it is possible to hear what the people next door or upstairs are doing, for example like when they move their furniture, open or close the doors, flush the toilet etc, you are really dependent on everyone in the building behaving in a considerate manner during the night not to disturb each other - fortunately, I only heard them in the day time and early evenings and not when I was trying to sleep so it wasn't an issue.

It is a very beautiful, clean place, we didn't miss anything. The owner was very communicative and friendly, we got along very well with him. It was worth all the money!😊
