It was a pleasure to stay there. There is everything you may need. There is a forest nearby and the neighborhood is tranquil and welcoming. I can note a very comfortable bed and a stable Wi-Fi connection. The owner is very helpfull.

Gabriel And K. sind tolle Gastgeber! Flexibel, hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gut eingerichtet und hat einen wirklich schönen Ausblick. Kurzum, ein Platz wo man gerne zurückkommt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Amazing place to stay, great location near to the palace mall and restaurants. Spotless apartment, Gabriel and K are amazing hosts, so friendly and helpful, really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Would recommend to anyone, and we would 100% stay again.

Daca vreti sa evitati agitatia urbana, aceasta este o locatie perfecta in Iași. Daniel este o gazda primitoare si ne-a intampinat cu mult drag. Locatia se gaseste foarte usor.

A nice place , perfect for 2 people, small but comfortable, had all the utilities and everything was clean . Located in the center of Iasi , close to a lot of beautiful places . Definitely will recommend for people that want to travel alone or for couples . Thanks to the host that made everything easier for us !

To begin with it is a good apartment. Also, it is very close to the Palas Mall and Palace of Culture which is the very heart of the city.

Perfect accommodation for a larger company or a family , with beautiful stylish interior and all the needed appliances. Great location , with all the major attractions at a nearby distance . Daniela was a fabulous host , always responsive when I had a question and made us feel at home almost instantly. Highly Recommend !

Very clean, safe and nicely decorated apartment. Centrally located within walking distance to Palas Mall (1.1 km) and Iulius Mall (900 m). I appreciate the late checkout without charge and how friendly the host is. I will be happy to rent again Evelyn Apartments!

Am avut plăcerea de a sta la Q Residence între 10 și 15 Septembrie, la etajul 8, și a fost o experiență grozavă! În primul rând, priveliștea de la balcon este spectaculoasă – seara, poți savura un apus superb și o panoramă parțială a orașului. Serios, dacă ți-e dor de Iași sau doar vrei să te relaxezi după o zi plină, balconul e locul ideal! Fiind în orașul meu natal, mi-a fost super ușor să mă deplasez – în 10 minute eram fie la Iulius Mall, fie la Palas Mall, perfect pentru cumpărături rapide sau o cafea. Locația mi-a permis să îmi rezolv și treburile personale fără bătăi de cap. Cazarea în sine a fost confortabilă, curată și bine amenajată, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Până și liftul mergea fără să aibă acele momente de „suspans” pe care le întâlnești uneori în blocuri înalte – punct bonus pentru asta!

Am avut o experiență excelentă! Cătălin este un gazdă foarte primitoare, comunicativă și atentă la detalii. Spațiul a fost curat, bine echipat și exact ca în descriere, iar locația este foarte convenabilă. M-am simțit ca bine pe tot parcursul șederii. Recomand cu încredere și cu siguranță voi reveni dacă voi avea ocazia!

Walter was very proactive with his communication and friendly. He made sure I knew where I was going and he also stayed up late until past 03:00 to help me enter the building as my flight arrived in the middle of the night. He showed me how everything in the apartment worked and afforded me flexibility with my check-in and check-out time and overall he was very kind. The apartment is good value, it is small but functional for a solo traveller. The bed is a small mattress laid out on the floor and frankly it worked just fine for me and was comfortable. The location isn’t ideal as it is right on the outskirts of the city however it is relatively close to the Cetatiua, Frumoasa and Galata Monasteries. I used Bolt to get to and from the apartment and city centre which was cheap enough or you can use public transport which is even cheaper. Both options do not take long. The pillow cases and blankets needed washing in my opinion. Aside from that the apartment was clean and spotless.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Iași! The host was incredibly kind and communicative – all instructions were very clear, and the self-check-in process was seamless. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early since the apartment was available ahead of time. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. It's located in a modern, brand-new complex in a great area. The private parking in the garage was a huge plus, with easy and secure access. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This will definitely be our go-to place for future long weekends in Iași. Thanks again for everything!

Logement propre et bien agencé, au calme et à proximité des commerces et services. Le gros plus, c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte. Habitant à proximité et d'un caractère serviable, elle est disponible au moindre problème ou si vous avez besoin de renseignements. Un grand merci à elle pour un séjour très agréable.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, comfortable and beautiful, with an excellent central location. We really enjoyed our stay!
