Accommodation in a 10! Very friendly owner, always available to any question, very clean accommodation with all the utilities in it. A very good and quiet area! I highly recommend, and we will definitely come back!

I booked it for my dad as my mum was in the nearby hospital and everything was just perfect. The hosts were so helpful with everything and they even came in the middle of the night to give him the keys as he arrived late in the night. Very helpful . The place is very close to the city center and the train station. It is placed in a quiet neighborhood and Alex has been very helpful in adapting the check-in and offering all the needed information. We really recommend the place and hope we will come back :)

Well organized, clean apartment, quiet area, close to Iulius Mall (10 min by foot). To Palas there are about 30-40 min walking distance or 10 by taxi. Very good wireless internet to work in. It can work very well on the kitchen table. There are enough free parking places places enough parking places in front of the complex. The owner responded very promptly to the messages.

We stayed 2 nights at Alexandru's place and we had a great time there - it was a very central location and we're near a supermarket at the local mall. It is also near enough to the nearest tram and bus stop, though Iasi is a small city, you can probably walk anywhere for sightseeing. The unit was small, clean and compact; a lot of effort has been put into the renovation to make it really nice and it looks just like in the photos, but really that's all we needed when we are on holiday. The only issue I had was the fact that you're in a building with rather thin walls and it is possible to hear what the people next door or upstairs are doing, for example like when they move their furniture, open or close the doors, flush the toilet etc, you are really dependent on everyone in the building behaving in a considerate manner during the night not to disturb each other - fortunately, I only heard them in the day time and early evenings and not when I was trying to sleep so it wasn't an issue.

Beautiful apartment in Copou near to the Botanical Gardens and parks. We had all we needed for a lovely stay, thank you.
