As you come through the gate you will feel transported into a completely different world, surrounded by beautiful natives and blooming cherry trees (in season). This character filled cottage was originally built in 1903, it's full of charm with many modern additions. The garden is very private, so much so that you can unwind and relax in the outdoor bath under the stars and no one will know.

Pottery Corner

This 1960s A Frame house and is the original site of the Hanmer Pottery. The house has a refurbished kitchen and bathroom and is an attached house with your own space and fenced yard. Upstairs Queen room looks towards the Lewis Pass.The other is to the main road arriving in Hanmer Springs. If you are looking for something a little different Pottery Corner is just that. On arrival you may hear our wee pooches greeting you over the fence.
