Our stay was very beautiful and relaxing. Everything was super clean and felt homey. Communication was great, and this was perfect for me and my partner. Right on the lake and absolutely stunning. Only thing I would note is that with warm weather and it being on the lake there are a lot of flying bugs (but that's to be expected). It is a bit pricey, but I would highly recommend this for your next stay up north!

We were so thankful for a beautiful family vacation on Lake Huron. This house is wonderful for all ages and the hosts were very supportive and proactive to ensure all our needs were met. The property was so quiet and peaceful, the perfect getaway!

Came here for our annual mother and daughter vacation. Very cute and calm place. I love the aesthetic very much. Very clean and lots to do around. Close to town and walkable to beach!

The home is as described in the listing. Easy access and everything was clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were crisp and clean, and there were nice fans in ever room. The A/C cooled the place down nicely after we arrived, so no worries if you're visiting during the warmer months. The area around the property was very quiet and secluded, especially during the weekdays when most of the surrounding homes were not occupied. The channel in front of the house is small but we managed to pull a few fish out of it during our stay. Great place to launch a kayak and see some of Saginaw Bay. During our stay the pressure tank for the water system malfunctioned. Alaina responded to my message in about one minute and had a plumber on the way to assess within the hour. The hosts stayed in contact with me throughout the process and resolved the issue as fast as possible. I would not hesitate to stay here again, my group had a great time.

Exceptional Location , 4 houses from the lake !!! Great neighbors , not far from jobsite , Close enough to Both other resort areas . As warmer weather gets here will be plenty of water sports to do also . Im a little biased but absolutely love “The Thumb” !!!

For my 60th birthday, I wanted to be on the peaceful water and just relax with my close circle of friends. This beautiful home was everything I could imagine. Lots of beds and loads of room for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and gadget you would need, and the hot water heater never ran out. This place is a jewel!

The views were stunning!!! A wall of windows was prefect . The yard was amazing, the stack rocks were very nice . The house was very clean . We went in March , the weather was not so nice but inside was very cozy . Have the property across the street was great for our dog to do her business was nice also . Thanks for having , hope to rent again.

We had everything we needed. Great view of sunrise and setset. 1 minute walk to a secluded park and beach. The canal has kayak rentals. Very spacious. We felt right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable with a great view of the lake. Walking distance to town and short walk to the beach which is amazing! We enjoyed the back room spending time with the family which had plenty of seating for all. The bonfire pit is great to watch sunsets with a clear view to the lake. We're looking forward to our next week here!

It was a wonderful stay! Right on the water and 15 minutes away from Caseville.. Paul was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions! Great place for a small group for a weekend getaway!

This cottage was the perfect quiet getaway for our wedding anniversary. It is comfy and cozy and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed to stay in and cook our meals. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you Joe, for making a wonderful weekend possible.

Denise’s place is spectacular! We enjoyed the beach when the May weather permitted. When it didn’t, we were so comfortable in the living room watching movies. I highly recommend Denise’s little slice of paradise.

This home was absolutely a dream! We planned this trip for our whole family. My dad is a cancer survivor and hadn't been on a trip like.this since before cancer. Everything was well placed and the beach was fabulous! Correspondence was top notch as well! Wonderful place to stay and will stay again!

My family and I had a great stay at this location! The house was immaculate and spacious as described in the listing. They had a reference book nicely prepared with local recommendations and rules well written. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked with everything needed. There was also a gas grill and extra propane provided with lots of outdoor seating. We had a great time walking the beach and relaxing. A highlight was watching the freighters and boats pass by (which the owners had left binoculars for). We ventured up to the fishing dock in town to see the light house (great beach available there for swimming), farmers market in Port Austin was a short half hour drive, and Pointe aux Barques Maritime Museum and lighthouse. Many small town ice cream shops in the area as well. We would love a return trip to relax and would definitely recommend this listing for a low key relaxing vacation.

My family of 5 had a great stay! Michelle has really gone over and above to make sure the house has everything to make you feel at home. She even decorated the house for my son's birthday because I mentioned that's why we were taking the trip. Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! The lake and beach were so beautiful. Every night we had a perfect view of the orange moon! The water was very shallow during our stay which was ideal for us. The kids could go far out and still only be at hip level. Definitely suggest water shoes though! The kids have rated it as their top favorite vacation spot so far! We hope to go back in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place Michelle! It truly was an amazing place to spend our last week of summer!

This place was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing! The one recommendation I'd have is to put lights down all the stairs to the beach and fire pit. It gets very dark at night and those stairs are steep and dangerous since they aren't lit up so we had to always use our phones to see. Very well lit lights would be highly recommended as an addition for extra safety and people being able to see while walking down to the beach and fire pit. Outside of that, the property was great!
