Great place right next to the kite school, also really close to the hotel to easily grab a tuc tuc. Everything works.

This is our fourth time that my family and I rent Tanya’s place. It is absolutely perfect. We can’t wait for our family to visit Gouna again and we will certainly stay at Tanya’s if it is available. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! The host, Hamza, was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The place itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, and the super fast WiFi made everything even better. We truly loved our time here and would definitely come back!

David, was very accurate in his property description, check in was according to schedule .. very clean and very good furniture ..he was replying very fast when we are asking for anything ...location was great ..

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bassil’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. What truly made this experience special, though, was Bassil. He was one of the most thoughtful and responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered. He went out of his way to make sure I felt at home, offering great local tips and always being available if I had any questions. His warm hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re in El Gouna for a short visit or a longer stay, you won’t be disappointed. Great location, great interior- the most beautiful house I’ve stayed in in Gouna and had everything you need!

The house is inside Swan Lake which is a small gated community in Gouna, it is very new and beautifully furnished, it consists of one en-suite bedroom and two other bedrooms sharing an external bathroom, kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor had a bbq, two sun beds and couple of tables and couches, as a host, Medhat was very friendly and responsive and I would definitely recommend him and his property

This is my second time staying at Peter’s place , it’s one of my favorites in Gouna. Love the energy and the outside space directly on the lagoon. Very private and relaxing and only a 5min drive to the center. I strongly recommend it and look forward to staying again.

Nice and clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed. The apartment complex is also nice with 2 swimming pools, 24/7 security and lots of cute cats. It’s quite distant from the central areas of the city where all the activities are happening. Not many restaurants and shops nearby, only some sub par corner shops which are ok for basic stuff like cigarettes or water but for anything else you have to drive or take Uber.

I have been traveling over 15 years and this is one of the best experience I have. The community is quiet and safe, commercial is good enough for the stay. And the host Morcos is nicest! He helps us for everything! I can’t thank him more for providing such a nice staycation in el gouna. 中国人不骗中国人，这地方也太棒了.安全且安静.虽然不那么便宜，但是很实惠，4 间房各有特色，虽然离市中心有点远，去潜水啥的需要打个远车，但是社区里休闲餐厅啥的非常不错了，比外面好得多，也贵一丢丢，但是我们觉得很好。去机场的时候Uber司机集体坐地起价，管理员Morcos帮我们叫了车，还提前付了定金，油用完了他也很快送过来，非常nice的管理员嘞。
