Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hunterdon County

It is a very wonderful, peaceful location. The house was very private and walking distance to everything. Safe and friendly neighborhood with lots to see. The home was perfect for a friend's weekend get away . The yard is very private and the front porch is on the walking path with a swinging bench for two to enjoy your coffee as the ducks walk by. Pictures are exact and house is very clean. Staircase is tricky but worth it for the location .

We fell in love with the cottage as soon as we pulled in. No detail is missed. The cottage is so charming and the pool is beautiful. The inside is gorgeous and we admired the decorating and attention to detail in every room. It was more than we expected. Heidi was a great host and a pleasure to work with. We have stayed at several hotels in the New Hope area but this cottage was by far the best stay we have ever had. We cannot wait to come back and hopefully for a longer stay!

Kimberly's place was an inspired funky artsy house. It was very clean beautifully organized and thoughtfully put together. It is a two minute walk from downtown Lambertville in ten minutes from downtown new Hope.

This is the perfect spot for a large family or friends' gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone while feeling very cozy. It is quiet and private with a gorgeous view of the the water and landscape.

This spot was perfect and we can only say wonderful things about both the owners and the house. A perfectly charming, historic looking house with modern conveniences. Our only regret was we didn't have time to take care of the wonderful seating area in the backyard, the bikes that we could have gone riding on along the riverbanks, and other amenities as we only had a very short two day stay here. More space than you would realize, with at least three separate desk/office areas for work, large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, with everything in perfect working order. Even had a washer and dryer in the master bath, Netflix and Apple tv, and an entire closet full of games to play. Just wish we had more time here

I’m always so happy to return to Iris’s home ( my 4th time here). The home is comfortable, clean & in a quiet area. The extras ( milk, orange juice, sweet treat & exceptional coffee) to start your day is helpful. Iris is a great host.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm - exactly what you'd hope for in such a picturesque town. One of our favorite things about the space was the thoughtfully curated decor, featuring unique thrifted pieces that gave the home so much personality and warmth. Every room had its own character, and it was clear that a lot of love went into making the space feel both stylish and welcoming. Cynthia was incredibly kind and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect: peaceful and private, yet just a short walk or drive to all the great shops, restaurants, and galleries downtown. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and all the cozy, artistic touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Looked even better than the pictures which is rare here! Easy to find parking close by-walking distance to all you need and easy to get over the bridge to new hope. It rained off and on but the location was close we were able to pop back in for heavy rain or just to drop off or shopping bags along the way! My mother in law already wants to come back!

My parents had a wonderful stay at Elliot's Garden Apartment in New Hope, and found everything to their liking. I was worried about the bed or pillows not being to their liking (since they are seniors and with age have become more sensitive to a firm mattress), but they assured me over and again that they slept very comfortably. The complementary coffee and creamer supply was a much appreciated and thoughtful detail. Our daughter also met Susan and her friendly dog Foxy and now asks when are we going back to the airbnb so she can play with her. Elliot was always ready to help answer any questions in a prompt and polite manner. It truly felt like a "home away from home"!

Firstly! Leah I would like to thank you for our wonderful stay! The apartment was fantastic, so cute,quaint, private location! We felt very comfortable and at home here, it had such a good vibe to it! It was very close to everything in New Hope and Lambertsville, bars, restaurants, shops,walking trails, you name it! I loved Diane’s place. I came for my brothers wedding to stay in new hope. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I would 100% recommend! I only had one issue where the digital key code didn’t work at night but Diane responded quickly and was able to help me get back inside.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay here. One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Elyce adds her own personal touch to your stay. We will definitely consider staying at The Weekender again in the future! Sidewalk access was a definite plus, especially if you are looking to go into town for food and drink. Everything is very is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and having coffee out on the balcony. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about this place!

We loved our stay at Arctis Acres! Peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and conveniently located, Arctis Acres is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a home base to explore the area. Nichole and Shawn are excellent hosts, having thought of everything a weary traveler might need - a comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom stocked with fluffy towels, and a nicely outfitted kitchen with tea and coffee. They even left macarons for us from a local bakery! I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway to explore the Delaware River towns. It's truly special!

What a fantastic find! The hosts were absolutely exceptional, making us feel so welcome. Our conversations were positive and enjoyable. The house was clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect home base with all the amenities needed. We truly lacked nothing! We'd love to come back!

My 4 day Valentine's/ Birthday weekend stay was fabulous! Fiona put up birthday and Valentine's decorations. Plus had flowers, candy & snacks. The home was very clean. It had everything we could possibly use or need. Love the hot tub, both covered porches and only a 2 block walk to shops & eateries. I would highly recommend and would love to come back again!
