Joe's place was exactly as described - tranquile farm stay with all kinds of wildlife visits! It even had everything for breakfast - bread, eggs, cereals, coffee and fruits! even an avocado!!! we also needed some extra milk and he was able to help with that! thank you Joe - we'll come again!

We had a really really great stay, the farm was gorgeous and the cabin was super comfy and clean. The outdoor jacuzzi lovely and Vickie and Roger were super responsive and friendly. Overall, we would absolutely recommend! Thanks again :)

Antonina was a lovely host, who responded straight away to any questions we had. The home was just as described very beautiful with lovely surroundings. We felt so relaxed in this beautiful private surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be coming back in Easter.

We had the most wonderful time. We were up for a wedding with four adults and three kids. Ample space. The house itself is set up so well and has more than everything you could need. Corrine was kind enough to leave us lovely breakfast bits too. The garden is just fabulous. The kids couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was and spent all day running around. We will be back - it was just fabulous! Thank you. X

Stunning location, dream country house, gorgeous gardens, generous and friendly host. What more could you ask for! We didn’t leave the property as it was such a nice place to relax and unwind. Farm walks by day and fire pits at night. Dress ups for the kids were a hit. Fenced yard was perfect for our pooch. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

A great spot for a group, super rare to find ensuites for every room! Very handy location, especially if you're attending a wedding in the Hunter Valley, as it's close to the Broke Rd main strip. Only stayed for a night but would love to come back for a peaceful weekend away.

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

Thanks for a lovely stay, Pinny. This was a perfect getaway for our young family. The house itself has large, open living areas, with plenty of floor space for children to run around and do cartwheels. The area surrounding the house is open, flat, well maintained lawn. We enjoyed a having a campfire and feeding the farm animals. Pinny came to visit and told us all about the animals and made us feel welcome. Then, when we lost the key, she let us into the house and let us know as soon as she could what fee we'd be up for to get things sorted. We would love to come back and stay one day.

Feed farm animals and find kangaroos around are amazing experiences. 30mins drive to mayfield garden. We enjoyed our weekend here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tiny home! It was serene, peaceful and beautiful. At night all you can hear is the crickets, the wind and the occasional moo from a cow! It was beautiful. Taleah provided everything you could think of for our stay within the tiny home. The extras of the spa, ice bath, sauna and 2 fire pit options (fuel or wood) were fantastic! The view from all angles of the home was absolutely phenomenal. Taleah was kind enough to drive us down to the home and show us how everything worked, she was great with communication and her recommendations of food & things to do were helpful. We can’t recommend this stay enough

What an amazing, beautiful place ! This your home away from home. Beautifully decorated, all essentials included, fire pit perfect as looking up all the multiple stars you don’t see in the city. Cows, horses, Chooks, kangaroos - such a very special, calming and perfect place to spend a few days. Our hosts, Nicole and Andrew, you made our stay extra special with your knowledge and suggestions about the area, the extra touches you provide and your warmth and friendliness !! We will be back !!

Our private cabin had everything you need for an overnight stay or for a long weekend getaway. Located far enough out of town that you could enjoy peaceful nights with a breathtaking view of the sunset but close enough for a short drive into the heart of Bathurst. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, we will be recommending to any Friends or family that are passing through. Will definitely be booking another stay here in the future. The outlook through picture windows onto tall gum trees was truly beautiful & I couldn’t ask for better. It was relaxing and extremely peaceful. Being able to say ‘hello’ to friendly dogs & donkeys was like therapy. Stephanie, you showed so much kindness & generosity and I thank you very much for a fabulous time at The Milking Shed, it’s a real gem!!

It was a wonderful Easter break in a beautiful, serene setting overlooking a pond and fields full of cows. Set near the end of the road in farmland, the only sounds were those of nature and at night the sky was full of stars! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Mardi Gras and the birthdays of our dear friends in a tranquil and picturesque setting. The property was exceptional, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and engaging activities. A particular highlight was the opportunity for a two-year-old in our group to feed the animals, adding a unique and memorable experience to our stay. Lucille was incredibly friendly, ensuring open and clear communication throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and well taken care of. We booked this getaway because our family needed to slow down and hit the reset button. This home is absolute perfection. It has every touch to feel like home and everything you need. It’s like walking in to the comforts of your own home and sitting down. It’s peaceful, secluded and spectacular. Gina was incredible and made us feel so at home. Thank you for the reset that we needed. Mudgee definitely has our heart.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and charming property! Check in was simple and we were greeted with two bottles from the hosts winery. The home was clean, tidy, homely and inviting for our large family and our kids found plenty of things to do both inside and outside the house. There were board games and toys, and they loved the outdoor play area. The bedrooms were well presented and comfortable to sleep in. The host was friendly and helped us with all of our enquires. Internet is as-expected in the area at ~12mbps, but you don’t take a country escape to spend your time online! We had a five star visit which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Hunter.

Charming cottage (and roomier than expected based on pictures) in calm and beautiful surroundings. The deck and kitchen looking out onto the vineyards are very much a highlight. And so are the host: Susan and Greg are very welcoming and helpful. Also bonus points for the goodies waiting for us in the fridge as we arrived.

Great place, with other farms nearby. If you have pets, this is great place for them to run around and explore. All amenities you may need are provided. It’s about 30 minutes from Mudgee, so great place if you are looking for peace and quiet. Quite a few vineyards within 20 - 25 minutes, so lots to explore. Had a great time.

We spent a lovely Christmas at The Dairy Cottage, it was so peaceful and private. We really loved sitting out on the deck at sunset, watching the cows, lambs, birds and enjoying the water view. The cottage has everything you need for a great country break!
