This apartment is in an ultra-central area of the city, very close to Pedestrian and Theater, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Also, the block is more secluded, having a lot of green space around it. The apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, and the other with a sofa bed (access to the balcony is from this room). The apartment is newly furnished, having all the necessary facilities for a shorter or longer stay.
