Humarock Beach vacation rentals

We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

We stayed here for a week, and fell in love with it! The house has so much charm and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and want to stay there again. It was within walking distance to many places, including a beach. A definite charm in Beverly! The host was amazing! She was very responsive to our questions, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything, which I appreciated. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

Beautiful, peaceful and one of the very best place to stay for tranquility. Host was very responsive and notified us that we could check in early without having to request. Such a wonderful message to receive to start a nice weekend away. Making us so comfortable to stay at this amazing cottage. If anyone reading this is looking for a relaxing, cozy cottage with a great host, then this is your place!

This is by far our favorite rental. We rented it last year and it was awesome this year it even topped it. The location is incredible, from almost every room in the house you can see the ocean, the minute you pull up into the parking spot., You see the ocean you hear the ocean it's beautiful. The interior of the house is immaculate and very welcoming. We had everything we needed including cooking utensils and dinnerware,and extra blankets for when we sat out on the deck at night!! Helena is such a wonderful host! My family and I are so glad we found this house, we will be renting it yearly!!!

We loved this cozy cottage! The private beach was amazing and I was happy to watch the sunrise every morning. The outside porch was great to sit and read and relax without getting all sandy. Everything was smooth, Lauren was fast to respond and the cottage was the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. Highly recommend!!

We just wrapped up our second stay at "Beach Break" and again, from the moment we arrived, we were in total heaven. The entire property is squeaky clean and the location is superb – just a short stroll to the beach. Stefanie and Dave have created a total gem. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every detail. The space is incredibly beautiful, so much so that folks walking by stopped to comment on the well-cared-for exterior. We'll absolutely book again. This is truly a rare find.

It had everything we were looking for during our time at the Cape. It was clean with a lovely seaside theme, peaceful, spacious airy feel, outdoor patio, and fire pit we enjoyed. The location made it accessible to beaches, restaurants, and shops. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Becca was very responsive and friendly. We hope to come back again. Thank you for opening up your home for us to enjoy!

Gorgeous house and location. The beach is beautiful and literally steps away. Kitchen and downstairs bath, both decks, and grill area were outstanding. Views are beautiful. Restaurants in the area are delicious. Hosts are welcoming and responsive.

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

This was a great place for a large family. The kids especially enjoyed riding bicycles through the neighborhood. The house was spacious and comfortable. We plan to stay again.

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

The house was great and we were able to rent a both units of the duplex! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking large group meals and was close to town when we wanted to go out for food. Daniele was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful and spacious home with New England charm and in a great location. The house looks exactly as pictured and was spotless. The rooms were well appointed with lots of space to sit and relax. It’s perfect for visiting this beautiful area of MA. Michael is a responsive and helpful host and very considerate of his guests. We would absolutely stay again and can highly recommend this home for your stay. Five star all the way.

Great place for our coaches to meet up and sleep after a full day of coaching in Boston area. Very comfortable space. Highly recommend this home.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

Fatima's place was welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. I enjoyed the amount of space we had for a large group. The transit nearby was down but they still had busses to accommodate. Definitely an amazing value for what we paid. I'd definitely recommend it for a bachelor party or any large group outing. We couldn't have had a better time!

Kerry agreed to host our family of 5 with short notice, and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The number of things to do nearby was amazing and more than we had time for, but we enjoyed the beach, the water park, the food, and the go cart racing during this visit. I saw another review saying there was no microwave, there is one now. Instructions for check out in the welcome book were clear and detailed.

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

The house was very nice and very clean. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and responsive to any need or concern we had, no matter how small. I especially appreciated some of the little things, like having lots of extra pillows and blankets to make sure all different types of sleepers would be comfortable. My only complaint is that this house and its location aren't really child friendly in two specific ways. 1. The house is smaller than expected and there isnt any separation between the rooms, outside of the doors to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedrooms both open right into the living room, which is open to the kitchen/dining area, which leads right into the 3rd bedroom area (there is no door, just an open doorway). There isn't really a way to keep light and sound from the living room or kitchen out of the 3rd bedroom. 2. While the beach is very close, the road to walk there has no sidewalk and is quite narrow (and dark at night).
