The cottage contains three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one has a single bed, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for at least six people. Fresh bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Cot and high chair are also available. The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Enjoy a fantastic view of both the Öland alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to the nearest restaurant and 15 km to the nearest store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.; 30 km to a larger area with several restaurants and stores (shopping center); 2.2 km to the sea, where there is a campground with a small store, adventure golf, and light food in the summer. Unfortunately, the condition of the beach and the water there varies a bit; 30 minutes to several beaches.

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.
