The place worked well for us. Neighborhood is nice but you can easily walk to lower downtown via the streets or the canal so getting places was easy.

Great place in a good location, walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of parking. Hosts were attentive and quick to respond to queries. The carpet upstairs is a bit old but the rest was clean and well-furnished.

Absolutely stunning setting and a very clean and well appointed rental. Charming vibe and super cozy set up. Amazing master suite and also very comfortable secondary suite. My family all felt “right at home” and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Ottawa area. Jumped in the Ottawa River on May 18th and can attest to the cleanliness of the water and the nice sandy beach! Exceptional place to relax, refresh and recharge! My family and I loved staying at Susan’s place. We were there for almost a week and we felt right at home. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood, the great backyard was the centre for our family gatherings. Looking forward to our upcoming stay in July, you can’t go wrong with this place!

We were a masters xc ski team in for some races and the House and Host were amazing. The house was cozy; they had the fire going for our arrival and the kitchen was set up to cook for our large group. The host was very attentive to help us get to where we needed to go during the snow storm, digging us out every day. The house had a wonderful character about it and made us all feel comfortably at home. We will rent this place again for our next trip/race to the area.

In the city for a wedding and this place was perfect.Larger than the pictures .Very well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms were great for 6 people.Location was great for getting around city and close to all the amenities we needed.We would stay here again.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

Mercy’s place has a very cozy feel. The house feels worn in, in a nice way. You can tell people have lived in it for probably decades. Lots of privacy and beautiful nature engulfing the house. 5min drive to all amenities you could think of. For any music creatives out there, the basement is literally perfect for recording music. If you’re a light sleeper, one thing to note is the house is located next to a more Main Street with frequent cars and buses. The house also had no air conditioning that we were aware of, so for anyone that struggles with heat, it will feel quite warm during hot weather. For us these were merely trivialities; we loved our stay :)

It is a very lovely room giving you the feeling of home. Good location to the downtown attractions and nearby good supermarkets. Quiet and peaceful environment.

I had a fantastic stay at Scott's Airbnb! He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we had an issue with the pool lights in the evening, Scott promptly came over to assist, which we greatly appreciated. His communication and dedication made our experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying with Scott and would definitely book again!

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! This was our first Airbnb experience, and we couldn't have been happier with it. We stayed here for several weeks, with a brief pause, while renovations were under way in our house, which is just a few kilometres away. The house came as advertised, and we had everything we needed. It was clean and cheerfully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the deck quite pleasant when it wasn't too hot out. The neighborhood is pleasant, too. The hosts were most accommodating and helpful. When we arrived the first time, we had trouble figuring out the keypad for the door, and Luis was here within a few minutes to show us how it worked. Another time, the wifi stopped working and the router had to be replaced, which was done as quickly as possible with a minimum of inconvenience for us. Our only regret is that we now have to leave, as the house has served as a home away from home while we've been here. Our second stay ends tomorrow.

My best friend and I stayed here during Tamarack Race Weekend. It was a quick, easy drive downtown. The area was peaceful and right by the water. Pardeep was friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. The space itself was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed for our short stay. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything!
