She’s a 1976 town house with all the amenities - very sunny, private and central in New Plymouth on Devon St (1km from the CBD). It has a modern kitchen, shower, quality king size bed, 65” Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon, Disney) washing machine and a very sunny and warm large lounge. It has a conservatory which gathers all day sun and a private outdoor garden area. Close to the Coastal walkway, cafes and shops. Decorated in a mid- century theme, very relaxed and comfortable! Off street parking too
