A porch w/ patio furn. a charcoal BBQ and 50 wooded acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker and 2 flat screen satellite TVs, Internet and Wi-Fi. Such a unique and beautiful stay. We loved the comfortable beds and the relaxing sound of the waterfall right outside the windows. The outside deck was the perfect place to relax in the evening, and we appreciated the spacious bathrooms and amenities like the full kitchen, and nice laundry machines. We will be back!

This was an amazing experience! (If you’re using Apple Maps, go to the right off of Minisink, not left! ) no complaints, just a heads up the internet connection isn’t the most stable so if that’s something you need, maybe have a hot spot. The house is well kept and comfortable, extremely peaceful. Marcus replied quickly and was very helpful

My pups and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! The cabin was very clean and comfortable and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful! I brought a long lead to attach to a tree so my dogs could enjoy playing in the back yard. Josh and Vinny are very kind and gracious hosts and I would love to stay again in the future!

Our stay here in Newburgh was lovely! This place was well-stocked, very very clean, fabulously eclectic, and spectacularly spacious! We loved having two restrooms and being so close to the river and to Hudson Taco!! As the Host mentions, do carefully consider how much you care about “neighbor noise.” While I brought slippers to kindly observe the “no shoes in the house” rule, the tenants above us rudely did not. We couldn’t hear voices, but the heavy footsteps kept us awake until 1 o’clock in the morning on a weeknight and woke us up at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning. The dog scampering around or crying and whining loudly every time it was left alone in the house was also hard to bear despite our bringing ear plugs. We would 100% stay again if Sarah would kindly have us. We’re sure to have more considerate neighbors next time. Thank you for creating such a lovely space at an affordable rate.

My toddler and I had such a great stay! The place is so beautiful and CLEAN! I think this is the FIRST place I have stayed in that didn't over promise the property and cleanliness. It had lots of gorgeous natural light and really good energy. The ONLY downside is being right on the main road. It was a little annoying at night (but not terrible) and I was terrified if I wasn't carrying my toddler to my car. BUT I will definitely stay here again and again. :)

We enjoyed our April 2025 stay very much. Actually had a visit from a good sized black bear. He saw us at the sliding glass doors and decided to go back into the woods. We believe he might have been heading to the pond/stream across the way. There was 5 of us and there was plenty of room. If you get the bedroom on the bottom floor and find it too chilly, turn on little heater that’s on the wall and shut the bedroom door. It worked great. Everything in home was spotless. Decorated nicely. Bring your streaming passwords to watch TV. We sat out front made S’mores. Also used grill, great plus. If you go with dogs or smaller children bring a wide baby gate to put on back deck to keep them on the deck. It was a great wrap around deck by the way, it is closed off at the front. Washer and dryer worked well. You really won’t be disappointed in choosing this Airbnb. Anna kept in good contact before and after stay. Enjoy if you do decide to visit. 😊👍🏼
