Hug the comfort of the three-bedroom guest suite.

Clean, cozy and affordable is our motto. On the first floor, there is a kitchen-living room area with 65 inch tv; on the second floor, there is a bathroom and three bedrooms with queen beds! It could easily accommodate three couples or a maximum of a group of 4 individuals, but one would have to sleep on a couch! The river and Lewis and Clark Trail are near, and this is a fishing and hunting community, and parks are along the water. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Beautiful city/country home.

Relax with the family at this beautiful home. This dog friendly home has a doggie door which leads out to a deck overlooking a large fenced in back yard, filled with several fruit trees. The upstairs has a kitchen, dinning, living room area, two bedrooms with queen beds, one with a crib, and a full bathroom. Downstairs has one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, living room area with a fireplace.Also there's a small bar/sink area, with a pizza oven, small fridge, microwave. Bring your bikes

We had a wonderful stay! Andrew was very welcoming when he communicated with us days before we arrived. The house felt very cozy and we loved all the windows. We spent our mornings just sitting at the island, looking out at the hills and watching nature. We would highly recommend staying here and will plan to stay here again if we find ourselves around the area. Wonderful hosts and a beautiful home to stay at.

Hunting and Fishing Paradise

The house was even better than we expected! It had everything we could have needed and had a great wide open floor plan, very updated and beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we felt very safe staying there. Jason was a fantastic host. He was quick to reply to any questions we had and was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Pierre area!

Prospect's Capitol View Retreat

Good spot to stay. We stayed for pheasant season to hunt our 10 day limit. Good location for spots to hunt on both sides of the river and didn’t have to drive too far every day for a new spot. We walked a block down to the capitol and walked through and saw the Christmas tree setup and is only a 2 minute drive from the Dakotamart and pretty good bistro in town. Had a single room with bed downstairs and 4 upstairs that let my dad get his own place downstairs once we took the kids upstairs to go to bed. Super helpful and showed up almost immediately if anything came up
