Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Lakan/badlakan finns att hyra, 100 kr/set. Ni tvättar dem efter er. Obs finns ej TV. Här upptäcker du Stockholm och bor samtidigt i ett lummigt område med badplats bara 300 m från huset och vandringsleder i skogen intill. Gratis parkering eller buss+pendeltåg el buss+tunnelbana. (30-45 min kollektivt till City.).
