Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Huay Yai

We had one of the best stays in the Pattaya here, we arrived at the villa just a little past 5pm and the check in was easy and clear. My girlfriend is obsessed with the duck floatable and the pool water was clean and lovely when we arrive. The interior was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities including an air fryer and a rice cooker. TV was easy to access and it has got everything from Netflix to YT access. Would prefer to have like a small storage space in the small bedroom with a spare hairdryer but aside from that it was perfect! Will definitely book this villa again when I come back to Pattaya!

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Mam even drove us around on our first day to buy food and drinks. It was 10-20 minute drive from the busy spots of Pattaya. The place was a bit old (but in a good way), very huge, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this home.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet still close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely loved this place—it's both beautiful and peaceful. Both houses offered plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel just like home. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach every morning, and it was never crowded—just perfect. We’d definitely love to come back and will be recommending it to our friends and family. This is second time to rent a villa in the same estate but different Villa. Overall we are happy in the stay of 5 days in this villa. All buddies feel so good. Villa is clean. Bedding is clean. Wooden furniture and Sofa has to be kept maintenance as a bit obsolete. Villa Manager Mew keep contacting me about the villa status. Their staff take rapid action like pool cleaning, tissue refilling, hair dyer changing. We rent car and drive everywhere so it is easy for us. To my view, call grab and go Pattaya Beach walking street or Mermaid Resturant only 20-30 minutes. Convenient indeed. There is a small market food court nearby. A nice French Resturant just right next to the main entrance. Just turn right and u can see it within 10 second. We love it. There is a resturant called Hill Top right before leave the main entrance. Chinese Cusine provide only. May go to top floor have a quick sight seeing the whole Pattaya. Health Land Massage shop only take 10 mins. Easy approa

I booked a last-minute stay for some much-needed peace and quiet. Yai was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The pool is amazing, and the living area is spacious with a big TV and fast internet. It’s a great place to relax and unwind!

Village Austria was a splendid location. Very convenient with BigC just 20meters and 7-Eleven 30meters from the doorstep. The pool was wonderful and clean. This venue had better equipped snacks, water, toiletries and a full fledged kitchen and BBQ stove. The host was very responsive with local recommendations and engaged with towel changes and cleaning. We really enjoyed this place especially the restaurant opposite our villa called Anne's Island which had really authentic Jamaican jerk chicken! Thanks to staff Gitar and Keng. 🙏

Nice place for a big family. Not the most luxurious place, but fit the needs of our outing and fit the budget. Definitely need to have transportation to get around. Would recommend for a getaway if you just wanna hang out with a large group.

Excellent séjour de réveillon en famille dans le logement de Danai, nous cherchions de la place et de la tranquillité malgré la proximité de pattaya. Le lieu du séjour a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

Responsive host, place was clean and as described. Maids were friendly and nice too!
