Mrs. Maria is charming, the house is beautiful, cozy with all the amenities and facilities. A few blocks from San Bartolo Boulevard.

We had a beautiful weekend, my whole family was fascinated with the house, which has everything you need to avoid leaving the house, we will definitely be back.

This is place is beautiful and very safe. It is in a private community well guarded. The space is like the pictures. But because it is located by the each there is some damage to the house. We only stayed one night but it was PERFECT. Nice and relaxing. Pool is super clean. Communication with owner was great. Location wise , it is further away from the city than I thought. However there are taxi for a small price to get to the city. I would for sure stay here again.

A highly recommended place, with all the amenities mentioned. The manager María Paula, was always attentive and provided accurate information, as well as solved some difficulties that were presented with the water. It is a cozy place to spend with the whole family and perfect for children to have fun.

Renee and Marion's apartment is spectacular, it overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and rooms are very well equipped. It's just amazing that each room has its own bathroom and an additional guest bathroom, I think that's it It allows guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is warmer because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

Issac always answered my questions. The check-in and check-out times are its strongest point and what sets it apart from other accommodations, it's appreciated. The place met expectations, it is as described and in the photos, the stay was very good, comfortable facilities, private, 100% clean and has everything to feel at home and never get bored. Our experience in this country house was incredible, my family and I felt right at home. It was a meeting point where we all fit very comfortable and with enough beds and bathrooms for a large group. It is three stories with a very large pool and with levels that the children and adults entered. The guardian and host were always attentive and helpful. They have various types of games like ping pong, pool table, volleyball, hand fulbito s, toad and even made a bonfire 🔥 i.e. with so many activities you don't get bored and we were all always playing everything. The kitchen is very spacious and has two stoves where it was more than enough to cook for my whole group. We recommend all families who want a quiet, large, comfortable, and cozy place. Where you can disconnect from the city routine and connect with loved ones and little ones. Thank you so much for hosting us and we will recommend them with our acquaintances. Blessings

We loved the place, very good environment and area to be able to go for a walk also very close to the beach and with a lot to do, we are very happy with everything, we will definitely return.

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) Very peaceful, we had a lovely family time away from the sound of the seaside, with an amazing view, can be a little difficult to access and away from the beach. But it gave us peace of mind

The house is as shown in the photos, the different areas of the house are perfect for different activities, the pool without chlorine was the best!. Great host and great accommodation right by the Plaza.

We had a super relaxing weekend at the accommodation. Martha and her husband are always very friendly and helpful, from the beginning to the end. The place is simple, peaceful and quiet; excellent if you want to disconnect for a few days. The square is a couple of minutes away and you have different food options at a reasonable price. The garden is spacious with a hammock where you can rest great.

My experience at this Airbnb was very good. The place was spotless, just as shown in the photos, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Also, the host was very friendly and was always available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a regular AIRBNB client and here we found what we were looking for, a quiet and friendly atmosphere, the children had fun and the adults we met interesting places, the beach was very close and the Lurin market was a pleasant surprise.

The house is as described, even better. It's close to the beach and several restaurants, as well as nightclubs. Communication with Susana was easy. She is super nice and makes some good alfajores!! Susana gave us a lot of flexibility when checking out, that was good! We all felt super comfortable and had a great time at the house. Anyway, we'll be back!!!!!

The whole place is just like the photos. Rocio is very friendly and answers your questions in a timely manner. My family and I had a pleasant time.
