We chose Huaraz as a basecamp for hiking in the area and accomodation at Maria and Erika was just a cherry on top. We loved the view over the city every morning. Both Maria and Erika were extremely helpful and kind. Thanks a lot! :)

La pasamos muy bien en el hospedaje de Jacky. La ubicación es estratégica (cerca al mercado central, a distancia caminable de la Plaza de Armas) y el departamento acogedor y cómodo. Nos pareció una opción estupenda para grupos, seguramente lo consideraremos si volvemos a Huaraz ! Un gran plus: la terraza común en el sexto piso, con hermosa vista al Huascaran y a todas las montañas que rodean la ciudad. Muchas gracias !

Nos encantó el lugar, es muy poco precio para lo que ofrecen, la cocina muy limpia con todo lo necesario y nos sirvió bastante para ahorrar costes, la sala con muchos libros e información del lugar, la habitación acogedora y en general es un buen lugar para los que quieran venir a Huaraz, recomendado al 100%

Tiene lo ofrecido en la publicación. Si necesitas lavar ropa; el lugar te ofrece un servicio de mínimo 3 kilos a 7 soles el kilo, lo cual es muy bueno para aquellos turistas que hacen viajes largos y necesitan tener su ropa lista.

The staff at Amelita Lodge was very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent and the lodge has the best kitchen I have used in a hostel/hotel to date. The staff helped me with directions for day hikes (including how to use cheap public transport), suggestions on where to eat, and which tours to do. I went out to eat with the staff once and went to the local hot springs with them. Great hosts. The room is pretty basic and they are currently undergoing some renovations but I had everything i needed including a hot shower that always worked, also the best/strongest wifi i have had in the last month. I ended up staying more than twice as long as my original booking! Thx!
