It was a great stay! Great view, great space, great and complete equipment. Nice host and not too restrictive. Great little house in a rural area with a pool 👍

This place is unique and a one off The location is stunning and the house is really beautiful, unusual, peaceful, amazing views, amazing gardens. The beds are super comfortable abd we slept so well. We took the offer of having meals prepared for us which were wonderful . Mrs Oh was very helpful and a great cook. We also took the offer of transport every day which meant being driven to various sites of interest inckuding the Phu Chi Fah mountain This was good value and very enjoyable Each day they made many short stops aswell to fantastic markets and shops and lunch spots. Chaiya and It is an unusual place and perhaps not for those eho want sonewhere modern and very independant. We had a wonderful stay

Absolutely fantastic! My stay was remarkable. Everyone was very accommodating and tolerant of my quirks and it was a serene atmosphere to recover from my illness and realign myself with the important things in life.

The accommodation is beautiful, cared for in every detail. Arriving at sunset offers beautiful colors. We ordered dinner and breakfast for the next day and everything was on time and met our requests. 1000 Stars is a perfect name for this beautiful place!

I have always imagined how my dream home would be and its exactly this place. Absolutely love the all wood furniture which gives a very classy feel. The glass walls brings so much light inside which is amazing. The furnitures are so well put together for eating together with friends, chilling by the pool, eating snacks at the TV or just gossiping inside the rooms. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook. I recommend ordering from the restaurant because the Hang Lay and Khao Soi was the best I have ever had. The breakfast well above my expectations. The coffee and juice was a nice touch too. I love the quiet and peaceful ambience and vibe. Just the perfect place to stay and chill with friends. The host was too kind to me and the staff were amazing. You dont even need to leave the place because everything you need is right there. Definitely a rare gem of a place! My mom and I were on our way back to Chiang Mai from the Golden Triangle for a night in Chiang Sheng.Looking forward to seeing the comments, I didn't expect that there was such a nice homestay in Seimasa.Busara is very welcoming. Because the transportation is not convenient, it is difficult to get a car, she asked her brother to drive out to meet us at the Mekong River.My mom's legs were inconvenient to walk around and had a chance to taste Busara's mum's craftsmanship.Stayed two nights from a five star hotel, it didn't feel inferior, full of fireworks and the smell of home, and it was very romantic to have dinner in the yard (Busara's yard has three rooms, perfect for friends to hang out and have a small party!).The setting of the yard is nice and the view is everywhere.I was able to eat breakfast made by my aunt in the next morning, simple and delicious, and very happy!I will definitely come back to Busara for two more days if I get the chance to come back to the Golden Triangle!Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful place away from the city! And the stay was very comfortable! The only downside is that it’s about 1 hour away from the city and no cabs are accessible in the area. Got to rent a cab on everyday basis, which Pat was very helpful in arranging and guiding us in!
