Villa vacation rentals in Hua Hin District

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Easy seamless check in and we arrived to a beautiful welcome basket of fruit and a fridge full of beers, water and milk. The house was incredibly homely and spacious with a well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking. Deepa and Andy were incredibly accommodating allowing us to extend our stay by 4 extra nights. We had a wonderful time and already looking forward to going back!

Location Very good. Close to the market and convenience store. Only 1 kilometer from the sea. Rooms are clean, cozy. The owner is very kind. The staff was courteous. You can also call to order food, ice, and drinks.

Baan Tony is a lovely place. The house is split into multiple sections, with bedrooms and living room all surrounding the stunning pool (two main bedrooms at one end, living room in the middle and the two smaller rooms the other side) with the kitchen, laundry and garage slightly off to one side so they don’t spoil the pool effect. Garden was immaculately kept with blooming flowers everywhere. The place is also gated for security with only two other places near by (both also massive so no where near really). There’s a big tv and sound system in the main room plus board games and a desk for work plus outdoor speakers. The staff (cleaners mainly but also a security guard and gardeners) were all very friendly and deeply respectful. Ted himself manages the property on behalf of his family from Holland. It’s been built and owned by his family for decades and he knows everything about the property and area. Very friendly and responsive. Would 💯 go back.

What can I say ... it happened again! We were enchanted once more & it was a great pleasure to return to this wonderful location! Coming to a familiar house, feeling welcomed & simply letting go – it happens here in the most beautiful way! We are very grateful to have booked Cecilie’s house again, and yes, I admit it – we will be back!

Very nice house , in a quiet area, the pool is large and really allows you to swim. Location requires a car or a taxi to get around (shopping,restaurants,beach) Wifi is efficient . We regretted the lack of hot water in 2 out of 4 bedrooms, which in “cold” times is a little uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was fine and we had a lovely stay .

I would like to have more Chinese tourists staying so I can review them in Chinese.First of all, this host is definitely one of the best hosts I've met in Thailand (none of which they will deliver fresh fruit and wine when you check in. There are many drinks in the house, all for free, and Frank also showed us around the whole of Hua Hin the next day, introduced us to all the attractions, recommended all kinds of delicious places, and was super enthusiastic.Breakfast was also delivered to us on the day of the day, thank you very much.Being able to feel that they really want us to enjoy our trip and really care about us.Frank also built a place for those orphans who were very responsible and loved them.They have basically everything in their house, really have everything!!!!!You will definitely not be bored in their house and there are so many games to play.I originally booked another airbnb, but the host let me know that I didn't have hot water after I went, and then I had to cancel (there were a lot of twists in the middle, which made me feel a bit distrustful to people outside) but after I met them I found myself lucky and they really made you feel safe traveling outside.Also remind those friends who come here to stay here, because there are many greenery around this house, pay attention to insect prevention.The location of the house is very advantageous. We are driving to the largest mall in more than 10 minutes. It is not far from the sea. It is suitable for those travelers who want to come to Hua Hin and quiet vacation. This house will make you feel at home. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The landlords also know about Hua Hin and are willing to share everything with you.They also clean up the pool and keep it clean.I hope to have the opportunity to stay in their house again.

Sivana Hideaway Pool Villa was a magnificent stay. The home is lovely, just as pictured, spacious and the pool was amazing! The location is private but you can still order on Grab and Bolt. The customer service was great! The seclusion, home and pool were a perfect getaway!

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway! We had the most amazing stay at this villa in Hua Hin! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning sunset views every evening. The private pool was a big hit with everyone. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. It was perfect for our family group and the garden and outdoor seating areas made it feel like a private paradise. We loved having our morning drinks with the sea breeze and hearing the gentle waves all day long. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the booking process was smooth and easy. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with your loved ones, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this house. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the sea, making it super convenient to go for a swim or relax by the water anytime. The house itself was very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The hosts were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

The villa was perfect for our group. Plenty of space to hangout, good separation from the neighboring properties, but still close enough to the city for easy delivery. The manager was flexible with checkin and made everything easy and smooth.

A lovely little villa. With a nice private pool in a quiet gated community. The small village that’s nearby has lots of great food and massage parlors.

We fell in love with the place. It's even better then in the pictures. Our daughter loved the pool area, daytime and nighttime (there were awesome lights in the pool). There was clear directions about ordering food and rides, and many options to choose from. House was clean and everyone around the neighbourhood was super friendly. We have been to Hua Hin numerous times, but this place was our favorite. If you are ever thinking of selling the house, please contact me first 🙂🙏

Great stay for a month, good location if you have a car, nice AC, separate work room, 2 bathrooms, will come again.

Villa clean, pleasant, comfortable and as described with all equipments and even more than expected. Kitchen and ustensils are very clean and in good conditions which is rare enough to be mentioned. The housekeeper is very nice and always reactive to support any requests. Very good place for relaxing with the family, recommended!

Very clean 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with small pool. There was one on-booking for one night but we were accommodated in a nearby hotel and our big bags were kept. We really enjoyed being quiet and being able to cook (not many restaurants nearby). What's missing or improved: a washing machine, a bottle opener, an extra pot, and a pan in better condition. Host was friendly and responsive. Thank you!

This property is great! My family stayed here over Christmas break and loved the house. When we arrived in Bangkok, Nicolas helped secure a car to drive us to Hua Hin. The ride took about four hours (traffic) but it wasn't awful. When we arrived, we picked up the key from security and entered into the beautiful home. The view of the backyard with the pool lit up was beautiful. The house has a great layout and plenty of space; everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was well appointed and we always had plenty of bottled water. We enjoyed the patio and pool everyday. There is a DVD player if you want to bring movies for downtime. There will be a housekeeper that arrives every afternoon and is helpful if you need anything. The yard maintenance workers usually showed up in the morning for about an hour. The restaurant on property is great but limited seating so I suggest you make reservations or order take away. As for the spa, I would definitely make an appointment but they aren't very organized. My daughter made appointments through email for four of us, for massage/facial and a separate pedicure. When we arrived they could only take two, so may daughter and friend went, and they only received the massage - no facial and my husband and I didn't get any treatments. As for location, you are about a 20 minute drive to Hua Hin. We did not rent a car but had the property order us a taxi which you need to order early because it may take them 45 minutes to arrive. We decided to hire a driver and just reached out to him when we needed hime. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly suggest this property!
