Separate from the main house, fully renovated, self-contained one room unit, with your own off-street parking, private entrance and outdoor BBQ area. Easy walking distance to river and boat ramp. Our village has a well stocked Food Works, Butcher and Bakery, or you walk up to the pub for a drink and a meal. Enjoy a coffee by the river, and if you are lucky, you may see Dugongs grazing on the river grass. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to, we cannot accommodate your fury friends.

It is located in a quiet street, close to all that Maryborough has to offer, and less than 30 minutes from Hervey Bay, the gateway to Fraser Island and whale watching. NBN ready.

Riverview Getaway

Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

With lots of space, plenty of wildlife including our mob of kangaroos, our place is a great place to take time out on your journey to other places, or just enjoy the area. In the country yet very central, with Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Childers 25-30 mins drive, or Burrum Heads & Toogoom beaches 15-20 mins drive. Burrum Golf Club across the road, Burrum River minutes away. Want something a little different? Come & stay & unwind!

Two minutes off the highway, & a 3 minute drive from Tinana shopping centre. It has a queen size bed, a single bed, some basic cooking facilities(see pics), and a flat screen TV. The setting is a rustic country acre with chickens, a food forest, and a dam.
