Our modern spacious flat is exactly what you need to have a great time in Baku! It is just 1 minute away from bus station and 2 minutes away (by bus) from metro stations which can take you anywhere (one-way ticket costs only $0.20 in both metro). As there is a direct, wide road to the city center from the apartment, it is at most 15 minutes to go to the city center by taxi (which costs around $2). Тихое, спокойное место, отлично подойдет как для большой компании так и для семьи с детьми. Ухоженный пляж в двух минутах пешком. Есть летний бассейн. Дом полностью обустроен как для долговременного проживания так и для отпуска. Для иностранных гостей можем предложить трансфер из/в аэропорт. До центра города 30 минут на автомобиле. Во дворе имеется летняя беседка с зоной барбекю. Дом построен в 2022 году, свежий ремонт и новая мебель. Всегда рады гостям!

I cannot thank Artyom enough! He is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. My elderly parents got stranded in Baku for two days, and Artem went above and beyond to support them. He allowed us to book fewer nights without any issue, offered early check-in, and even picked them up from the airport personally. During their stay, he regularly checked in on them, drove them around, and helped them navigate everything from ticket changes to airport logistics. His support gave me peace of mind during a very stressful time. Truly an outstanding host and a wonderful human being!

Maryaam is very responsive and caring host. The place is located at a fantastic location. Under the apartment building there is a mart “OBA Market”. Her place was also super clean. Thanks a lot for giving us such a comfortable stay Maryaam.
