Vacation rentals with a patio in Houston County

Frank is a very attentive and pleasant host. He provided clear and easy to follow instructions which made check-in and check-out quite easy. Ample parking in the large concrete driveway made access to the house for unloading/loading luggage a breeze. The backyard is well fenced and was great at keeping even our small dogs secure for potty time. The house has a comfortable feel overall. This seems to be a residential neighborhood with families and as such our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you Frank for a great stay!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to Warner Robins if you’re looking for shops, restaurants Rigbys and the Air force base. DuMond was a great host and answered all questions in a timely (fast!) manner. There were 3 adults in the home and we had plenty of room and privacy. Beautiful backyard and there was a grill which we did not use. Inside had all your basic amenities we appreciated the individual Keurig machine the most! 😊 I would recommend the home if you are in the area and would stay again!

Brittany’s home was the perfect home away from home. We come in super super late and it was very easy to get in and just get straight to bed for a few hours of rest. Brittany made sure we had everything we needed and even left us with some sparkling grape juice which my daughter LOVED! We hope to stay here again the next time we visit.

Paula was a great host,very good communication,if you have a question she gets back with you immediately,and very nice .Me and my dad have stayed in so many different air bnb’s in the Perry,Kathleen,and Warner Robins area and the lake joy house was the best in my opinion.she had so many amenities,everything you need,from paper towels to tooth paste,most places don’t offer many amenities/items like the lake joy house does.The place was very clean and the location is very peaceful.

I really enjoyed your home. It was very clean and well kept. Although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool I really liked it the pool area. It was in a good location, surrounded by restaurants and less than five minutes away. If ever, I’m back in the area and needs a place to stay. I will definitely be looking your place. We greatly enjoyed the serene property that is still so close to town! The tiny home was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home! We will be back again!!

The home was the perfect size for our extended family. We would love to book this home again when we visit the area for Christmas. It felt like the perfect mix of family home and hotel.

Luke was very fast to respond, nice, and helpful despite the issues we had upon our arrival (weather related issues). He picked up the phone at an unreasonable hour, and he tried his best to help us at that time. Thanks Luke.
