Will’s place was a pleasant walk from Clifton Village with its independent shops and good choice of restaurants but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful street away from the main road. The apartment was well proportioned, lots of natural light with the bonus of a sunny front courtyard and fantastic to have the secure off street parking space which was accessible from the back of the property through the rear courtyard garden. Will was really helpful with local recommendations and very responsive to our questions. We had a really nice relaxing break. Thanks Will

This place was wonderful to stay for the few days we had visiting Bristol. The location is fantastic, very walkable to the main part of town (although you have to walk back up hill to get back home, the hill isn’t too steep or far, and if you’re really stuck you can easily get an uber or taxi). The house was very peaceful and quiet. The back garden was lovely to sit in. The bathroom is large and spacious, the rainfall shower was luxurious! Overall a great stay.

Wow! What an amazing stay. Joe was a great host, very flexible and offered us a later checkout if needed which was great. A beautiful and very intricate property, everything had its place and worked perfectly, very well designed. This is the first time we stayed in this area of Bristol and it was amazing. We ate at Pizza Workshop a few shops down and it was delicious! Great pubs and amenities. Tesco express and co op close. Couldn’t ask for more! Will definitely be staying again for our next time visiting friends in this area. Thankyou Joe!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a conference and the studio was a perfect base for one person. Particularly well-equipped for such a small space. Well worth the money.

A very cozy, clean, and well-lit modern apartment with large windows offering beautiful views of the river and the inner garden. Everything—from the shower and kitchen to the washing machine—worked perfectly and well equipped. It is in a prime location yet private and quiet. Stuart is a thoughtful and responsive host who communicates promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best Air Bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning studio apartment with a spectacular view. The location was a few minutes away from the main areas (the Roman Baths, shopping, restaurants.) I would definitely recommend for any couple or even solo travellers.

We had a great stay at Simon and Jane’s, the host communication was perfect, and the place is well equipped: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom all well serviced. The Sunday church bells were nice to hear in the morning - and if you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are provided! Wotton is a delightful location, definitely worth a visit.

We stayed at Norman's for two months while we renovated a house. Perfect location close to the city - Gloucester Rd, Whiteladies, city centre etc. Really lovely flat with private walled garden covered in rambling roses in beautiful Georgian Kingsdown. Flat very clean and comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Norman super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here.

Jayne's apartment was perfect for a short work trip. Quietly located a short walk from bus routes from Bristol Parkway and into central Bristol, the area is quiet but convenient. The space compact but well laid out with everything you need for a short visit. The decor is lovely and the bed is one of the comfiest I've slept in! Having a kitchenette is great for self-catering and having tea, coffee and cereal included is a nice bonus. There's a Tesco and a Co-op within a 15min walk for all your essentials. I made the most of the nice weather with a walk through Britannia Woods (just across the road) and down the River Frome, which was lovely. Very much recommend Jayne's place and I'll definitely be back! Thank you :)

Comfortable accommodation in an excellent location within walking distance to centre of Bath along the river. Fantastic to have off-street private and safe parking. Sue was very friendly and met us upon arrival.

Only stayed 2 nights but enjoyed our stay. We used the pool which was lovely. The local pub was nice and the food was great. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

I can see why Georgina's barn conversion is a Guest Favourite, because quite simply, what's not to love! Our week was spent relaxing in the courtyard, enjoying the sound of the nearby river, trees rustling in the wind and the sound of nature right on our doorstep. We happily explored many countryside walks from the village of Combe Hay, followed by a well earned glass of wine and a delicious meal at the Wheatsheaf pub opposite. The highlight has to be enjoying their pool with Georgina encouraging us to take a dip and enjoy her home. Georgina is a lovely and welcoming host and we'll certainly stay again. Oh, and the fresh eggs are perhaps the best I have ever tasted.

We had a great stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The apartment was really nicely furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would look to book again.
