We’re thrilled to have you staying with us! To ensure you have a smooth experience, here are some important details to keep in mind:

1. **Key Card**: We provide one key card per room. Please keep it safe during your stay, as a charge of 500 Baht will apply for any loss or damage.

2. **Deposit**: A deposit of 1,000 Baht (for nightly stays) or 5,000 Baht (for stays of 28 nights or more) is required at check-in. This will be returned to you on your departure date.

3. **Stove and Kitchenware**: Available upon request, with additional charges applied.

4. **Room Photos**: Please note that photos may differ from the actual room as we have various views. Decorations like picture frames and flower vases are typically not included, but all fixtures and furniture will remain consistent.

5. **After Hours Assistance**: Our receptionists will not be available after 11:00 PM. However, you can call the number posted at the Front Desk, and our housekeeper on duty will assist you.

6. **Airport Transfers**: We offer airport transfers at the following rates:
- Private Car: 800 Baht/car/way
- Private Van: 1,000 Baht/van/way

7. **Long Stay Discounts**: For stays of 28 nights or more, significant discounts are offered. Please note that electricity, water, and cleaning fees are not included in the room rate:
- Electricity: 7 Baht per unit
- Water: 25 Baht per unit
- Cleaning: 800 Baht per room per cleaning

Additionally, for monthly stays, we do not replenish bottled water, coffee sets, or toiletries during your stay. These will be provided upon arrival and replenished upon request during cleaning. Linen and towels will be set up in your room on arrival and changed only with cleaning. A washing fee will apply if you want to change linens without ordering cleaning.

8. **Restaurant Update**: After Covid-19, our restaurant hasn't yet officially opened, so our room service won’t be available at this moment.

9. **Laundry Facilities**: Please note that there is no washing machine in the room. However, you can give your clothes to the receptionist for laundry service. The cost is based on weight, charged per kilogram. If you drop off your clothes in the morning, you will usually get your clothes back in the next following day.
