Don't line up at the front desk to check in instead get a digital room key by downloading the MGM Rewards app (Google Play) and entering the confirmation# we provided you on "find my reservation".
You can get automatic updates on when the suite is ready to check-in once that is confirmed you'll get a digital key on your phone through the app this can be used to open your suite door, super easy.

Please call housekeeping for all cooking Utensils, plates, and silverware. They are happy to bring you up whatever you need and collect the dirty equipment when you finished:)

Someone must be 21 years of age or older to check in. The name you booked on the reservation is the name that has been given to the front desk. It needs to be the same name as it is on your license or ID. Please let us know if you need a different name for check-in 24hours or more prior to check in otherwise we will not be able to change the name. There is a hold charge for incendentials $100 per day max 3 days or $300 max hold. the hold is released after check out
