Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.

Beautiful condo. Ground floor unit just steps to the lake. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Lovely cove for swimming and fishing. Please note: though this is a ground floor condo their are steps from the parking lot down to the unit. Nicely furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size tempur-pedic sofa bed. Two full bathrooms makes this condo sleep 2 couples very comfortably. Well stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry in Unit, Smart tv's with Hulu Live in both rooms.

This 1,000 sq ft 2BR/1BA guest suite offers complete privacy from the adjoining property. Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)
