Visby neighborhood Gotland Relax in this fantastic newly built house with a natural plot in lovely surroundings seven kilometers north of Visby. Here you live close to everything with a kilometer to the sea and cozy Själsö fishing harbor. The newly built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully equipped laundry room with mudroom. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

The limestone house in the countryside

Welcome to our limestone house on the farm. This is a charming place that has been a part of the family for generations. Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. It is an accommodation where the rhythm of agriculture blends with modern amenities. Warm welcome!

Architect-designed summer house (moved in 2017) overlooking the sea. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. WiFi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Guest house with double bed and outdoor shower Bicycles, surfboard and SUP are available to borrow. NOTE: sheets + towels are not included. More pictures can be sent.

Apartment in Rome

A home in the middle of Gotland, 1.5 miles to Visby. In this apartment, you have all the amenities you need, such as a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the apartment, there are two bedrooms with room for 4 people. Crib can be arranged. The apartment is on the second floor of a villa with its own entrance. Access to patio with barbecue grill. Roma is a small community, there are shops, pharmacies, pizzeria and playgrounds near the accommodation. Good bus connections to Visby and also south on the island.

This small farm has generous land with large grass areas. Newly built outdoor room with dining table and cozy sofa part. The house is located mine on the island so perfect for daily excursions. Distance to Visby about 25 min and bus stops about 300 m from the house. If you want coziness, quiet and relaxation, but with room for many, this is the perfect place to stay!

The Red House

Slappna av i detta klassiska Svenska hem och lugna boende på landsbygden. Nära till naturen och havet. Där kan man fiska med fiskekort. Badplats finns 300 m ifrån gården. Vitvikens havsbad ligger 1 km bort, där finns det restauranger, kaffe, paddel minigolf. Stranden är även hundvänlig. Inom 30 km finns det MTB spår, samt fina vandringsleder. Närmaste samhälle Slite är det 8 km till, där finns det apotek, mataffärer, systembolag och restauranger. Vill man åka till Visby så ligger de 35 km bort.

Studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

The Beach Cabin

This is literally like living in a box. The Beach Cabin is just like a hotel room, with one double bed for two and a small lounge area. There is also a kitchenette for your convenience, equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies for you to make breakfast or a meal for two. The Cabin is situated just by the pebble beach and the sea. The faint sounds of waves will rock you to sleep at night. The bathroom is built next to this cabin with just footsteps to reach.

Newly built small cabin

Small cottage with bicycle distance to nice sandy beach. The smaller cabin in the pictures. Rural, quiet location. Café and restaurant are within easy distance. The cottage has a room with 120/80 cm bunk bed and tiled toilet/shower. Small fridge, kettle and microwave and a simple set of utensils but no real kitchen. Patio with furniture and barbeque. Bicycles are available to borrow. Private parking. The big cabin in the picture has a separate reservation.

Secluded cabin in Åminne

Secluded cabin on separate plot for overnight stay for 2 people. Take a walk 500 meters to the sea and enjoy beautiful stone and sandy beaches. Very calm and pristine area for those who like lovely nature experiences and to enjoy the tranquility that nature offers. It is close to cafe, restaurants and convenience store within only a few kilometers. The accommodation has electricity, water connection as well as its own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower.
