Luxury living in the old walls of the former Riddagshausen forester's lodge: In the evening, sit comfortably on the sheepskin in one of the wide window sills overlooking the park-like garden of the "Stadt-Land-Scheune" (city-country-barn). Enjoy the flickering light of the gas fireplace or cook with friends at the cooking island. Be enchanted architecturally by the room height and the impressive roof structure. Japanese shower toilet. Apartment on the Harz in beautiful nature

The apartment is located on the first floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

The apartment with attention to detail is a former separate hay barn in the Harz foothills. In the village there is a pizzeria and a courtyard café with breakfast and fresh rolls. A grocery store and a gas station are accessible by car and via a bike path (2 km) in Liebenburg. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Goslar with other attractions is also very close within 15 minutes by car. The wider area offers numerous opportunities for hiking and exploring.

Our apartments are located in the center of Goslar, in a charming half-timbered house that is used both as a residential and commercial building. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a pharmacy, while the apartments are on the upper floors. The train station is a short walk away, as are numerous shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, doctors and pharmacies – everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the immediate vicinity.

Hi! I am Christine and will be pleased to be your host. Your room is a 45m2 appartement in my 19th century farmhouse. Your own entrance with no side-to-side neighbours are a grant for your well-beeing stay. Within 15 minutes you reach Wolfenbüttel, Goslar or Bad Harzburg by car, Braunschweig in 20 minutes. You can start for lovely hiking tours right away, visit the Harz mountains or have little walks along the tree ponds nearby.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.

A house like a home

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

Welcome to the apartment on Bollrich. The modern, stylishly furnished attic apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two cozy bedrooms with double beds and a fully equipped kitchen ensure the highest level of comfort. The balcony opens up a magnificent view of the surrounding Harz landscape. Right from the front door, you can hike or cycle towards the Oker Valley.
