Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Hopkins County

Kathy's place is the perfect spot to visit Sulphur Springs and the surrounding area. It is only a few minutes drive to the quaint downtown area. Slaughter's BBQ is some of the best that we have ever had (we have visited many of the famed 50 Best BBQ in TX locations). The house is very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was incredible. Kathy provides everything you need for a quality stay. Above and Beyond - Kathy helped coordinate having flowers delivered for a surprise birthday gift. Kathy and her husband were aware that we were going to use the fire pit and that there was rain in the forecast so they made sure there was dry wood under the carport for us to use. We have stayed at Airbnb's all over the world and Kathy is one of the most gracious hosts ever.

For evey rental we have rented before, the pictures are always better than the house. Not the case here! This house is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! Beautiful kitchen, big bedrooms, and beautiful bathrooms! It is also right down the street from the square! I would 100% recommend! Just beware the small driveway! But you can park on the side street!

Gran's Getaway was a fantastic experience for my entire family. We had my parents and sibilings come in town for Christmas and decided we wanted a bigger space to host our get together. It was such a great decision and we couldn't be more pleased. The farmhouse was immaculate and homey. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and cookware (would recommend throwing a blender in there though lol). However, this was communicated to me ahead of our stay. The host was responsive and friendly. All in all, my family and I left feeling super connected and happy after our time at Gran's. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat to make lasting memories, this is an excellent choice. And finally, the views from the sunroom and back porch were incredible!! Thank you for hosting or Christmas celebration!

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Very scenic and lots of wildlife, dear, birds, squirrels. The cranes at the pond were lots of fun watching. Let and was very responsive with communication and directions. Had a blast and napped a ton, great break from big city hustle and bustle!! Best equipped kitchen yet!

Easy to find just outside of town yet private. Very beautiful scenery and peaceful. Pool was nice, plenty of seating inside and out. Firepit, fireplace inside and out on patio. Kitchen very nice and plenty of room. Lawana sent directions and details right in time and checked to see if we made it there on . Very responsive!

The stay exceeded our expectations and is in our top three best places we have stayed. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in staying in the area. The cinnamon rolls were awesome and the place was decorated to make it feel like we stepped into our own home.

Sweet Honey was the perfect little get away place I was looking for. The location was perfect, close to everything, had everything I needed & felt right at home. The outdoor shower & sitting areas were nice, bed was comfy & the jacuzzi tub was amazing. I will definitely book this little piece of Heaven again. Thank you
