We stayed at the cabin for two months in the process of moving to Kentucky. It was very cozy and comfortable. It is roomy and the grounds, pond, deer and other wildlife were beautiful. I Highly recommend the cabin for those looking for a Kentucky quiet and relaxing get away!

Wonderful stay! Our team was in Madisonville for work and the work itself was extremely stressful. Having the lake house to come home too was so restorative, so peaceful, so calming and wonderful. We're so happy we chose the lake house rather than a hotel. Also way more affordable than a hotel would've been. Amazing location, loved the organized, easy to read guide from the host. Jay was very responsive every time I had a question or a need also. Cannot say enough great things about this stay. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for hosting my family. It was the perfect area for our family reunion. The cabin was very clean and had everything you could need a more. Marie was very responsive and accommodating with our special circumstances, which was very much appreciated. We hope to return again.

I had an incredible stay at Andrew's place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the facility we were going to be at and restaurants, making it super convenient. The beds were super cozy, the wi-fi was fantastic and there was a lot of space to spread out. What truly made the experience exceptional was Andrew's hospitality. He was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madisonville. Amber

We absolutely loved this home!! It is beautifully located near the park. Our home had water damage and we were displaced during the holidays. Our children were bummed about not being home for Christmas. We arrived at the home and it was decorated for Christmas! Our kids were ecstatic! We felt at home and the host was amazing! It was the best experience we could have ever imagined. Grateful for this Airbnb find!! Amazing experience!

I really enjoyed my recent stay at this AirBNB. The initial allure was the location respective to the city, surroundings such as the open fields and greenhouses at the location, and safer area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating; in addition to being responsive any time I had questions. The unit itself is as described. Comfortable bed and covers, kitchen had necessary items to cook, great shower, and the study came in handy. This was perfect for me, but I would just mention that this unit is a bit on the industrial side, as it is obviously a converted flower cooler. For those with kids, there's plenty of space for them upstairs, but the kitchen area does not easily accommodate more than two people. The apt is not child proof. We made it work just fine, but heads up for less flexible visitors. I already miss walking around the complex on my downtime. I will definitely be back on my next visit to KY.

Quiet Lake House with Awesome View.

Beautiful house on a very peaceful lake. Kitchen was well stocked with everything from spices to coffee. Bathroom had plenty of clean towels and soaps and shampoos. We loved using the canoe, and fishing from the docks. The neighborhood felt very safe and the neighbors were very friendly. Our time got cut short from the weather but would very much look to book here again!!!

The unit was immaculate, quiet, and well-stocked. Sharon had a nice basket of odds and ends in case you forgot something or wanted something to nosh on but didn't feel like going out or cooking. The unit was light and bright with positive energy and a comfortable bed. The central location made it easy to get anywhere I needed to go in just a few minutes. It was a wonderful oasis of peace in a difficult week.

We had a wonderful stay here. Hosts were incredibly gracious and communicative, they even checked in on us a few times! Check-in was a breeze. The location was convenient, clean, and comfortable. It was fantastic having easy access to a full kitchen (that was fully stocked and had everything you needed). Will absolutely stay here next time I’m in town to visit family! Excellent experience, can’t say enough good things about it.

What a great find! Sharon is kind and owns several places downtown, which have been hard to find when I want to come visit family. I like staying downtown so I can walk everywhere. The place was clean and located close to restaurants and the coffee shop. The only thing missing was actual coffee. There was a coffee maker and filters, but no coffee. Because the coffee shop was closed, I had to DoorDash coffee lol. But that's not a big deal. The WiFi was great (super important) and check in/out was a breeze. I highly recommend you stay here. It was comfy and quiet. :)

This place is absolutely stunning! Beautiful surroundings with quiet and peaceful nature around! The place is absolutely beautiful inside and outside, the inside was so clean and well kept, with high end kitchen appliances, a very nice bathroom with wonderful tile shower with rain shower head. The bedroom mattress was absolutely one of the most comfortable mattresses my wife and I have slept on! This place is definitely worth the money and worth giving a try! Would highly highly recommend for anyone looking to stay within a decent drive of any of the surrounding areas!

Beautiful home for me and my family. We traveled from Nashville to here for an AAU tournament. I recently had booked an house through Vrbo. Unfortunately, I was scammed and I had to think quick and fast. Kathryn’s home was available at last minute. Thank GOD for her and her home. Otherwise I would have been out of look. Beautiful home, peaceful, quiet, nice pond view, you feel right at home. High recommend this property. We will definitely book again with her.

We enjoyed our stay in Madisonville. It has been a challenge in the past to find a convenient place to stay without staying in a hotel. Olivia's house was a perfect location for us. Everything was as described and the house was clean and orderly. We definitely recommend Olivia's house, and I'm sure we will return as well. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place to stay while repairs were made to my home. The neighborhood is quiet. The Airbnb is unique with some interesting quirks, which I enjoy. Overall, it was a great spot for my dog and I to make a home away from home.
