Rubys place is as described and she is a TOP host. Place is very small and is at CM , so keep that in mind when booking. If you are taller than 188 you won’t fit. This is a budget stay. Otherwise great place and host gets 5 stars

The place was huge and totally different from the photos which is better than expected 😊. The only thing that needs to be fixed is to provide a huge comforter or blanket and change the pillow. Also, try to clean the little stains from the couch. But overall review 4.5 stars!!! The place is very neat, huge and everything you need in a daily basis is all near in the apartment. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family. THANKS HALEEMA AND GRACE!

Come to see the Coldplay concert, I met a lot of sisters, the landlord and the faitian sister are very nice, the sisters there are also very nice, people are very polite, the overall environment location and facilities are unbeatable, and the bed can be locked by a card, so it is good to put things on the bed to prevent loss

Alan and his team actually reached out and upgraded me to a different Dash Living location. The new location in TST was bigger but didn't come with amenities that would've came with ny original listing, but it's not a big deal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. cleaning ladies were very kind and did a really good job. Front desk helped me order a taxi to the airport during a typhoon. I would definitely stay with Dash Living again.

It was a great stay, it was my first time using Airbnb, it gave me a special impression, Hong Kong earth inch gold, there is a nice small room to spend the night, the room is fully equipped, the bath and toilet have a dry and wet separation, the air conditioning is very cool, and you can sleep very cool on a hot summer day.

The host is very nice. There is no problem with Mandarin.If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage, and the surrounding area is very lively.About 5 minutes walk from Mong Kok Subway Station.Great value for money.Other than the bathroom is small, everything else is perfectly fine.The most important thing is that price don't expect too much, this price is what bike.

Listing was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Concierge was extremely helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed in the apartment for our stay. The view of Victoria Harbour is incredible! We stayed here over NYE and were able to catch the fireworks. It is in a nice quiet area and walking distance to a few stations. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Pro - Lots of foods option - Supermarkets, transport and necessity are walking distance - Rooms are comfortable and good sound isolation from outside - Blackout curtains at all windows - Very fast response from maintenance team when faults in the apartment are found and reported Cons - Lift and walkway are very warm, like no Aircon at all - Lights from Exit sign inside individual room is a distraction and an issue for light sleepers (the sign light up the whole room). Eye mask recommended.

Ideal location, right opposite the MTR station too. Easy to walk down to the harbour or to take a long (and humid 🤣) walk to Mong Kok. If you go to the high-speed railway station, it is more comfortable to take the underground passage.All in all a comfortable place to stay for special soldier travel.
