I'm helping a friend to sublet her beautiful and tranquil flat, surrounded by its own private walk-out garden while she's away this holiday. The flat is conveniently located just 5min from the ferry pier in Lamma's upscale Po Wah Yuen neighbourhood and also just 5min from Lamma's most beautiful beach. The house is a two bedroom flat on the ground floor of a three stories house. It's surrounded by a large patio with a big Carambola tree and flowers, where you can enjoy a tranquil getaway from the city. Located in a quiet corner of Po Wah Yuen, the house is nestled against the mountain to provide peaceful green views all around and total privacy.
